RichBrain has some good games for which you get diamonds. After collecting millions of diamonds you are supposed to get a payout through PayPal. I did a withdrawal more than two weeks ago and have received the funds. I have contacted the developers several times but they do not respond. There also... Show more some glitches in RichBrain that make you watch ads several times but you only get diamonds from the first ad.

After my previous review complaining of numerous bugs in RichBrain preventing functionality, welp, now RichBrain is completely useless. Now it’s giving me the “something error! Please try again later” right on launch, and it doesn’t let me do anything! I’ve complained several times to the develop... Show more er, and they’ve ignored me. Sure, I earned some money, so they’re not a complete scam, but now they can be known as the developers who completely ignore their broken apps!!!

Edited: I just tried “AppSupport” from the AppStore & there is absolutely no way to contact RichBrain developer there or anywhere else except that “Feedback” choice from within RichBrain which sends a text or email, not sure which, and they don’t even acknowledge they’ve received your message... Show more . When I first started using RichBrain, late 2020 or earlier this year, everything was rocking right along & I had enough coins/tokens to cash out. THEN…..I have been trying to get into & use RichBrain for over a month now, probably longer. It keeps saying “something has gone wrong…”. I’ve tried contacting them through “Feedback” without any contact back & cannot login in to RichBrain either. It appears the same thing is going on with another app & when I contact them via “Feedback” or try logging in I get the exact same info, login process, etc…but neither work. So, I cannot get a return reply not get into RichBrain AND that means I cannot cash out my points…????? Maybe this will help???? CASH OUT AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!!!

RichBrain, which is very similar to Whealthy Health App with the only difference is Wheathy payouts required less diamonds has gone downhill.

RichBrain is giving a similar problem, no response from customer support, an error for the last few days, last update was 6 months ago.

I am uninstalling, as I have a strong gut feeling RichBrain is about to be removed from RichBrain store.

Rich Brain, is just another one of many apps getting wiped out of the apple app store.

RichBrain was great when there were frequent updates and new content was being added. It was far from a “get rich quick” sort of thing, but I enjoy the type of games in RichBrain and most apps with this type of games will make you watch a zillion ads anyway so I might as well use the one that wil... But I finished all the puzzles in several sections months ago so pretty much all I can do now is the three daily crossword puzzles, collect points for “reading” and use the pedometer part of RichBrain . It’s been around 5 months since the last update and the last time I tried to ask a question the address in RichBrain ’s feedback link wasn’t working. It really feels like they’ve given up on RichBrain and don’t plan to do anything else with it.

Opened RichBrain today and immediately got an error message saying “Something error! please try later”. Anytime I clicked on any of the tabs, it gave me the same error message. I still have all the diamonds I’ve collected, which is why I’m giving the 3 stars, but everything else has been set back ... Show more to the beginning. Please fix this issue!

I loved RichBrain, I loved the fact that it helps exercise my brain. Within the last week, I’ve been having a hard time, every time I go on now, it gives an error. I tried to contact the appsupport , but it doesn’t go through

It’s hard to find apps that pay out, this seems to be a decent one with good probability of pay out, I’m familiar with the mall format from another app I use that I’ve already cashed out twice from. I haven’t cashed out here yet, but I’m confident that when I have enough diamonds will be able to do... Show more so.

There’s some interesting puzzles on there too for cash out.

The games are fun, cashing in for steps upto 20k steps is awesome, even though I rarely get past 3-6k steps on the phone most days.

The PayPal/cash pay out is probably what most are interested in and there is a value to holding out for the larger cash out. The initial cash out offered to newbies at 1.6 factors in transaction fee charge, taking that into consideration, the initial cash out commands 20% of the winnings $2 minus the 40cent charge equals $1.60.

With each cash out tier commanding less fee which means more money in your pockets.

Tier 1 - $2 20% (one time offer anyways)
Tier 2 - $10 8%
Tier 3 - $20 6%
Tier 4 - $50 5%

I love it so far its awesome! Honestly i cashed in once already and it went directly to my paypal account . I was very suprised that this works . Most of the apps that i used never pay you . Test your brain to the max. The more you know the faster you earn diamonds to exchange for money to be deposited into your PayPal. This is one of the few apps I use to earn money and is by far the fastest and the most fun way to do it.

I really like RichBrain Rich Brain , it is very additive. RichBrain is a fun way to stimulate the brain and earn a little extra cash. The cash out process is easy and you receive your cash to your PayPal account within a day or two.

Rich Brain gives you a lot of opportunities to rack up some gems. You can play a few fun games. Collect some gems after the cute character reads books for all the words it reads. I have played a lot of apps that get you to a cash payout stage and never give you anything. Rich Brain shines like the gems in RichBrain and actually send you the amount you exchange your gems for. Thank you Rich Brain for being legit. I will forever love you! Also, I prefer watching ads instead of doing stupid surveys. Surveys seem scammy to me. Thankfully Rich Brain goes with the ads.

Hey apple, why can’t you keep great app like this and whealthy (they are one developer) they are the best app ever, nothing can beat them. I hope apple can get these developer back on RichBrain . Cant wait for it. everyone i know are waiting for their comeback.

I just got RichBrain today and thought it would be a cool walking app. It’s more. I now have a new step counter ( deleted all others from my phone that isn’t preset up) and all of the wonderful brain working gams all in one..... the customer service section was great as well. Rich Brain is an incredible App, with fun games that stimulate you brain and allow you to get real money!! My favorite one is color match J But you will find tons of different games that challenge your abilities while you are winning rewards! It is fantastic!!

RichBrain really works. I’ve cashed out multiple times. It’s easy and has many options on how to earn diamonds.I looked so hard for an app like this and I finally found it. It also lets you earn diamonds by counting your steps. Super cool! Definitely worth it!

So I thought for sure my money wouldn’t hit my paypal but was pleasantly surprised when it did. It says 24-48 hours and it was less than 48 hours. I saw other reviews about not eating money but only points. The way you earn money is by cashing in your diamonds. I am recommending this games to all m... Entertaining with a great balance of things to do to get diamond. Takes time to earn but nothing is free. While earning they provide a lot of fun ways to earn from word games to a step counter as well as various memory and speed games. Fun game to play on the go. Good work and thanks for the game!

It’s a nice app with lots to do. I like the graphics and everything about it but the ads. For me personally, if I want to make a few bucks and play games also, I’d rather play games with no ads involved and go spend a half hour or less on a survey site to make a buck here and there but I just don’t... Show more have tolerance for so many 30 second ads.. but it’s a great app in general.
Also, I use another walking app so not needed.

Rich brain is amazing! As someone with a high energy dog, I walk A LOT. I figured why not get paid while I'm at it. Plus, there are fun games to make gems faster! Cashed out for the lowest amount pretty quickly. And I'm 1/3 of the way to cashing out for the $9. Though it's not much, the extra cash ... Show more will do me loads of good. RichBrain is a scam. The word i enter is always the right word, but it doesn’t work. Also as you earn more, they jack up the reward prices so it’s harder to earn.

Was working fine, then I did the update and it’s acting weird. I’ll give it a few to see if it gets back to normal, if not I’ll delete. Started out giving big points, but decreased and have to watch too many videos. The coin payout is ridiculous. I’m deleting RichBrain , it was fun, but a waste

After you get to level 13 on the crossword game it has a glitch and freezes the whole app. Otherwise it would be a pretty good game

I love RichBrain. You can get PayPal gift cards off it! I plan on using my PayPal gift cards for new clothing. But you can use accrued PayPal cash for whatever you want. They also offer other cool prizes if you get high enough scores.
