To whom this may concern my account number is 6701419201. I have been with your service for sometime now and for the most part I was happy, but lately you all have dropped the ball with your service. A few months ago I received a notice on my delivery date being changed. It was changed like 4 days in a row with me leaving empty bottles out then pulling them inside again. Finally I called and all I was offered was my delivery fees waved for 2 deliveries. I canceled a delivery last month because I was out of town and still the order was delivered and I had to have someone come and pick up my bottles until I returned. Now I was suppose to get a delivery for Tuesday I went the site and the date was changed to Oct 29 now I am completely out of water and I use the water for my machine at night to sleep. So I had to go out and purchase water at the store to hold me over until the next delivery. This is not acceptable at all. I can get a letter directed to me when you going up on your prices which you have gone up often now. If you all don't fix this issue ASAP I am cancelling this service and will never recommend your service to anyone else.
I have been a customer of Ready Refresh for over 2 years now and you will be better to buy your water from the store than to acquire services from this company. I live in an apartment building and I left instructions to ring the bell upon arrival so I can retrieve my 3 bottles and give them back either 2 or 3 bottles but they never ring the bell and they never pick up the old bottles and then want to charge me for not returning the bottles. I haven't received a delivery for the past 3-4 months and they say I owe them 150.00. You can't get anyone on the phone and the app is just terrible. Save yourself money and time and don't deal with Ready Refresh!

You terminated service to us in October of 2021. At that time our account had a zero ballance. You did not pick up your bottles for 70 days but you continue to bill me and now charge me late fees.
STAY AWAY FROM READY REFRESH. If the fact that the Nestle corporation is notorious for routinely makes unethical business decisions is not enough, their new policies when they bought out smaller water suppliers and turned them in to ReadyRefresh makes them far too difficult to deal with. They fired the local reps, changed the local branch phone numbers, so you have no way of getting a hold of a person locally who can help you. Everything routes you to the website. Every phonecall I have tried to make to their various numbers all eventually tree to the same message for customer support, "we are too busy to answer any calls, go to the website and submit a request." Submit a request? You get the message, "we are so busy it will take 3-5 days to answer your request." Three requests submitted in the last 14 days with no replies yet. As far as their delivery options, the website allows you to add to and increase your delivery, but to subtract or remove items? Nope, the "minus" button to subtract/reduce is disabled; you have to again submit a request that may or may not get answered. So the model is "you can only use the website, and when you do, we'll allow you to spend more money on us, but to reduce your bill or cancel? Well, drop a message and maybe we'll do something, maybe not, you just won't know..."
I get three bottles every three months. My next delivery should be March 21, you sent me a telephone message saying it was coming on March 4. I do not want an earlier delivery. Please respond
I have had an order placed for over two months. Ready Refresh keeps changing on me. I have it scheduled for when we are in the office, but you keep scheduling it for days, I'm not in. When I go into the website, I am told nothing will be delivered due to not having anything in stock. Well in fact I got my previous delivery when I had this notice, so no one was here, and no empty bottles were out. THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS! QUIT CHANGING MY DELIVERIES. Then today, I was here early to get my delivery between 8:45- and 10:45 then just received an email stating that you were changing my delivery again after I had received a text that you were coming today! I have emailed numerous times and no one has gotten back with me.

I asked for a delivery reschedule which was for 1/11/22. You changed it to 1/12/22, Delivery was never made. Now next delivery is in February? Delivery is needed today!
It has been IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer the 1-8002745282 for 3 days. I am in Tampa, Florida. My problem is delivery errors. I am not paying for 5 bottles I DID NOT order. Please respond to this ASAP which I doubt you guys don't even read these complains. I received 5 bottles two weeks in a roll. I will pay for the 12/23/21 delivery that was legit ,but one week later 5 more bottles were delivery. Since I was not home I called and told them of THEIR mistake. I spoke to a manager or super and told that they can't be returned once delivered. Been a customer for 20 years. Was scheduled for monthly delivery 10/18. You moved it to 20/19. Didn’t come. You moved to 10/20. Didn’t come. Today you changed it to 11/16. WHAT?????????

I am so surprised that there are so many 5 star reviews. The products are fine but the app and website are very frustrating to use. I have a stack of 4 sports cap bottled water cases because they keep sending them although I was under the impression that I stopped the service. When I go to the website, it says that I have no future deliveries and it says my last delivery was in December but I have the water and the email showing I got a case in March. And I have no other choice but to pay because it’s on autopay. Maybe somehow there are two accounts under my name? I called about this before yet I continue to get the unwanted cases. I don’t even drink that type of water anymore and we now get the sparkling water from the store. I would love to get it through the website or the app but it doesn’t allow me to update or change my order. The website is clunky and unclear. I’m unable to log into the app. Every time I put my credentials in, I just get an error message. You would think such a large company would be able to improve and streamline their IT issues. I have been experiencing these insufficiencies for many years.

The app allows you to think you can adjust your delivery date but then you get messages that they rescheduled your rescheduled date. Can’t tell if drivers are unwilling or unable to switch routes but they shouldn’t make it seem like you can request a new date if logistics don’t allow it. Asked for a new date, first available was three days out. Got a message the night before new date (mind you, 7 pm the night before) that was pushed back another day. The next day got a message at 8 pm that was pushed back three days bec of the weekend to a Monday. Then got an updated message that they’d be able to deliver on Saturday, but then on Saturday got a message that it would take another two days, so now would be Tuesday delivery! If you can’t make it happen then just turn off the feature in the app or tell people in the app that you temporarily can’t make changes so we can make other plans. Really, really disappointed in service. Will be looking for other services soon.

I have been a ReadyRefresh customer for over 7 years. After 3 years, I ordered a new cooler to be delivered. After delivery, I continued using ReadyRefresh for 4 more years. Recently I was moving to a new place here in San Antonio. I called ReadyRefresh customer service. While chatting with the service rep, he is going thru my account, he says to me “Hey, it looks like we have been charging you for 2 water coolers for the past 4 years”! I was overcharged $10 a month for the 4 years which came close to $480 on my account. I ask to be reimbursed and he says we can not reimburse for the total $480. He says we can refund you back only $65. I ask to be gifted a free water cooler for my troubles of them thieving from me and I was told sorry, can’t do that either! So I canceled my account immediately that day. I would recommend not to do business with this water delivery company. I tell family, co-workers and everyone I know not to use ReadyRefresh. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST READYREFRESH!
