Close and restart the Ring app on iPhone
Update Ring app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ring iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ring app issues:

Force Stop the Ring App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ring app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ring to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ring App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ring app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ring.

Fix Ring unable to contact server/ Ring internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ring » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ring » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ring on android.
