Still waiting on test results to return to work should have been in two days ago…. I have family that went there two days after me and already got the results
I had a Covid-19 test administered on Thursday, 8/16/2021 along with my mother at Winthrop University Coliseum. Our test were done at the same time, however I have not received my results, but my mother has within the timeframe we were told. I am listed under my mother’s account as a family member. Please advise when I should receive my results.

I am having the worst time with the app and the website because there is no option to schedule a test. I have 4 tabs and no options for “testing” as the app promised. The website is the same way. The app is frustrating and I am on my last strand of patience. Please fix the issue.

For an app that collects such personal data, I expected a much better job towards security. Instead, people were able to access private information in less than 24 hours of research into the app.
WONT LET ME LOG IN

it says my phone is rooted or compromised and doesnt let me log in!!! my phone is not jailbroken so i dont understand why the message is appearing. i cant even log in to get my covid test appointment!! this app worked fine before but after the update it's been unusable
