I am a veteran Criminal Case player. I started on Facebook and completed every case on every chapter, except the final chapter in Paris. I became too busy with my jobs but now I am playing on most of your stand alone game apps. I will never understand why I lost all of my progression except for the first chapter in Grimsborough even though the apps are connected to Facebook, where the game originated. It may be a result of the original Criminal Case (Grimsborough) being on Facebook and from there we would go to the “airport” and “fly” to other chapters. My problems started with the CC: Paris app, one day I was no longer connected to Facebook and have received error messages ever since. About a week ago the same thing happened with the CC: Save The World app. The error message on Facebook states that CriminalCase developer (You!) are aware of the issue. So why can’t you figure out the problem with Paris and Save The World? Since your game originated on Facebook, Meta should be able to help you connect apps (including full progression) and prevent future problems. Of course I realize you may not care enough to fix the problem. It seems very clear to me that your company name, Pretty Simple, has become an oxymoron. Do you even read these reviews let alone try to fix these problems?

I have played criminal case all the way through from the beginning and all my orange juices,chips and hamburgers have transferred over as I complete the worlds and I have downloaded the Paris the city of romance world and none of them transferred over and I have to start over with my levels. I love(d) playing it,but now I am really upset that my stuff didn’t transfer like it did with all the other worlds.

There is a glitch in the game at chapter 18 (doesn’t load, just shows a picture of a plane prompting you to play your other games). Cannot advance. Tried the “contact us” feature in the game and it continually fails to submit my message (keeps telling me “all fields must be filled in. (All fields are filled in).) Soooo, there’s no way of getting help with this game. Interestingly enough, there’s a post from two years ago dealing with this same issue. I’d say it’s past time to fix it.

What's the point of having an option to connect my progress to apple when its not going to save to anything. I did it before and when I redownloaded it after a while it reset my progress even after signing in with apple. I would choose Facebook but it doesn't even connect anymore. Make the option of connecting to apple actually useful.

Disappointed. I have played all the Criminal Case games, but I was surprised and disappointed that Paris has only 17 cases, unlike the others which have around 50. I pay for energy and coins and I don’t mind that. But I stocked up on both early on, only to find few cases in each area. I wasted my money.

On another note, squeamish users should know there’s a lot of focus on sex.

I’ve been playing different versions of this game for years. I was into this version City if Romance, but it stopped a week ago. The plane wont move to the next case. It doesn't need an update or anything, I really would hope if someone helped me.😔

This is the second best game of the series. But please stop the report writing by friends and let the player write the report so the player can move on to the case. I think you’ll find you will have more satisfied game players and you will have more positive feedback and the players can reach higher levels. I think it would be better for your company and reaching more game playing people. Thank you, Ken

I love all of the Criminal Case games, but they all have the same problem: new stickers you get from packs, don’t show up in the book. Like you can get four new stickers from a pack but only three will actually be added to the book. It actually happens more often then not and I’d like to see it fixed in ALL the games. Other than that issue the game is perfect imo.

I love this game, but was surprised there are only 17 scenes. It doesn’t end on a note of final and satisfying closure. It begs for more of a story. I’m hoping that it was released as a short game because people were clamoring for more. PLEASE ADD MORE SCENES TO THIS INSTALLMENT. I think this installment was one of the top 3 in the series.

I have been playing the different types of criminal case games for years but I don’t like the way these portray black people speak! I think it’s degrading and make us sound dumb and uneducated. I’m from the Deep South and even WE don’t speak that way!! Every time it comes to a black person speaking in this game I cringe on the inside because it really works my nerves!!!

Great game. What’s the new city for us to play after Romance in Paris? Maybe it should be in Outer Space or in the Future where we see our partners and try to find new criminals to put behind bars.

Thanks for the great new game in the original format! I’ve played all the Criminal Case games and am so pleased with Paris And the new Supernatural game as well. Thank you! Forget the timed games and bring us more new stories, just really enjoy them all.

I loved these games—able to complete it without having to buy anything (can’t say that for most games nowadays).

Kind of sad though, the ending of this one make it seem like that this is the end 😭

I love those games and I am hoping for another one. I was thinking having it take place in Japan to celebrate a new Godzilla movie coming out and to have some of them revolving around famous Kaiju and their suit actors

Love your games, But after I complete every twenty points I get an ad. These are points I earned and should not have an ad after each one. But your games are so fun to play. And I love to play them. Very good story lines also.

Love the game but hit a big glitch. I have completed level 17 filled all the stars on all of the adventures and cannot proceed to level 18. So bummed all that shows is an airplane asking you to go jot another game. Is this the end of the game? If so please advise. Please either continue the game or end it. I loved this game as well as others but it’s time to get it together and further the game or tell us it’s permanently over!!

I’ve finished all your cases…except Supernatural. Got one more level. Paris was okay… just not as riveting as past games. When will the next game come out?? These games are my nite time ritual before sleep. Have played them for YEARS. Keep them coming….SOON!!

Was hoping this game didn’t have the same glitch as the 4 other crime scene games we are all playing. Facebook friends are locked out of sharing. Really gets sickening after a while. Tried everything. It has to be a new hitch because we never had problems before.

I love the Criminal Case games. Happy to see that there is another one out! I completed the Grimsborough game, now I’m trying to work on the others! The only game I don’t like/won’t be playing in this series is Travel in Time(since the format of that one is frustrating/stressful since everything is timed and if you run out of time you have to keep wasting coins for hints). I’m glad that this game is in the original format.

I’m enjoying this game. It’s a good balance of being challenging yet solvable. The themes are more adult than 12+ in my opinion.
