I downloaded this app thinking “is gonna be great! And will help me with my purchases and shoes!” The app won’t even open up.. you click on the app opens for 2 seconds and closes... I deleted the app 3 times and tried to download it again with the same results... check in the software it says IOS 11 and up my phone is at IOS12 and still won’t even open up..

Mistakes can happen
I recently made a transaction with them so they can authenticate my shoes and they passed. Once I tried selling them to StockX they said they were unauthentic and shipped them back. I was devastated because I put my trust into this app and they failed me. They did issue me a refund so that’s good but be careful

I’ve seriously never met a more humble, friendly business owner. He takes care of all of his customer support and gets back to you right away! He took time out of his busy day to talk to me 1 to 1 and even offered his email. And don’t get me started on the app. The layout and design is flawless and he made it all himself. From what I understand Mr. Jacob is coming from a humble beginning as a small business owner, and I could not be more impressed and grateful for the service that they provide. I would recommend this to anyone, this makes me feel great full.
