This app is literally the worst, I never write reviews but I have to write this one. The biggest down fall of this service is it doesn’t keep you logged in. It will randomly log you off when it feels like it. Why should I have to constantly check this app to make sure I’m logged in. Right when I get to the gate to open it, it logs me out then I have to re-sign in with a line of cars waiting on me. It makes the older service we had before our apartments switched to this much more better. What’s so hard about staying signed in and why is this app against it. Every other app I use that provides any service keeps me signed in but this one can’t get it right and refuses to make that change. Terrible, I wish I wasn’t forced to use this service

I absolutely hate this app. I have used building access apps previously (Latch) and never had these issues. With Community, I have errors EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I try to use the app and constantly receive “an error has occurred” and the door won’t open. It sometimes takes a few minutes to get into the building. Today, I was logged out of my app because my password was “incorrect”. While trying to update my password, the new password wouldn’t save and then while being on the sign up/login page I got the drop down to open the nearest door, which worked despite being logged out?

It’s obvious that this was designed to check off a list of features rather than thinking of the end user experience.
The app takes several seconds to start and won’t work at all if you’re offline- which is obviously very likely if you’re in a garage or elevator. The app also seems to completely crash on my watch. Also it doesn’t integrate with CarPlay which is irritating.
I miss my key fob and clicker. Not everything needs to be a cloud connected smartphone enabled app; definitely not if you can’t hire competent engineers.
