Changed points to a new system apparently and retroactively updated all previous points. I had enough for a $25 gift card and when I checked today it’s barely enough for a $5 card. JOKE.

Installed this app once I heard about it a couple weeks ago, already surpassed $5 card card points. I looked a couple days later and they changed the rules on points needed. Wow

Let me start by saying that I RARELY leave reviews but it has gotten so bad that I must They’ve changed the structure of earning points but they’ve made it sooo hard that it isn’t even worth it anymore. It used to be more advantageous. Being a part time gig worker I used to be able to get at least $10-$15 dollar gift cards. I’ve participated in calls on how to make it better and they’ve done the opposite. The challenges are really geared towards FULL TIME gig workers. For example in May…you had to make $2000 dollars before you could even get a $5 gift card…again not worth it. I’ve emailed the company with feedback but they aren’t listening. It’s all about how the company can gain. I’ve expressed concern about selling information especially since the rewards are so low/unattainable. They swear they aren’t selling information, if not how/why else would they be in business. Increase rewards levels, decrease payout = more profits for them
