Close and restart the DSQUARED2 app on iPhone
Update DSQUARED2 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DSQUARED2 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DSQUARED2 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DSQUARED2 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix DSQUARED2 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DSQUARED2 App
1. On android, goto Settings » DSQUARED2 » click [Force Stop]

Update DSQUARED2 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DSQUARED2 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DSQUARED2 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DSQUARED2.

Fix DSQUARED2 unable to contact server/ DSQUARED2 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DSQUARED2 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DSQUARED2 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DSQUARED2
