First off, this app is designed for a phone not a tablet. Secondly, there’s way too much scrolling. When putting together your order, you have to scroll through every option they have for every salad. Not very convenient at all. I (thought) I had placed an order and paid for it, because it said your order will be ready for pick up in 15 minutes, but when I got there they had no record of my order. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized you had to scroll way down to the bottom and hit the place order button. Even though it said your order will be ready in 15 minutes.

I can deal with an iPhone app that is basically the regular website sandboxed, lazy but it’s fast enough that it’s fine. But it’s 2020, and your iPhone app doesn’t take Apple Pay. The friction of having to get up, grab your wallet, find a credit card, type it in, like I just want to use my face or thumb and move on. I was trying to order this on a walk and ended up not being able to because I didn’t have a credit card with me to read the number from. Incredibly disappointed

The point of the app was to make things fast and easy. I have an account, I have to enter my card’s CVV before every purchase and now I also have to solve Google puzzles, after doing both of the above?!?
Why are you making it continually harder to give you money?
Driving an extra couple miles to Habit is less of a roadblock than the garbage annoyances you keep adding to your app.
