this app is awesome - however, what’s the point if your handheld device can’t see tasks assigned?

I was excited to add this extension to my work computer and looked forward to using Workona . I was hoping to use this for work and home. Without being able to see tasks, Workona is pretty useless to me. Please update that.

Workona would be so useful if it had the task list!

Can’t use google account

Great for syncing tabs but other apps do that, having your workspaces synced including associated tasks is the thing I’m looking for most in a mobile version

This is missing most of the best features of the desktop app: no tasks, notes, or ability to attach things from other apps. A big miss.

Half of your workspace is managing your tasks and taking notes. This is just a file folder of your resources. Tasks and notes need to be added before making Workona usable. Design and organization of app is solid at least.

I’m living this app. It just makes sense to manage projects this way. You have to build notes and tasks into Workona though.

Please add the task management to the mobile app. This is one of the most important feature while away from the computer! I currently need to run two different task managers just because of their missing feature. 🙄

I love this app on the browser however Workona is lacking the task function.

It is disconcerting to see the mothership of all the tabs I have open. And often this window duplicates for some reason that I haven’t figured out so there’s two browser windows bloated with tabs on my dock. The screen says I can change these settings, leading me to believe that I can close it or somehow not see it, but the settings are also unclear. Is it possible to somehow have a visual marker on the icon in the dock so I known not to open it?

If only I could do tasks (like in the desktop). Aside from that. Love it! Once it gets that feature added, I’m positive it would be a 5/5!

Let me tell you how absolutely wonderful a Godsend this app is! Thank you so much! Everything about it is what I’ve been needing to remove the friction in my workflow; between Notion, the browser itself, and Google Workspace. As for the iPhone app, it is good. But…😞…the tasks is THE component that I need in the mobile app. Sadly I rated Workona 4 of 5 stars. Puh-lease, please add tasks to the iPhone app and release an Android version soon! Overall, still great! ☺️

The biggest use of the workspaces was sorting by clients for me and then being able to add tasks per client — huge. Can’t access the tasks on the mobile app sadly. But in a browser as an extension the this app system is great! Highly recommend.

I love using this app on my computer because it’s so helpful for organizing tabs, so I was super excited when I found out there’s an app version too!

I was just disappointed I can’t access any of my notes on the iPhone app because there were a lot of times when I wanted to quickly go over some notes I had made on my phone but couldn’t. That’s my one quibble, so I hope Workona updates with the notes soon.

Great way to organize tabs, which can then be accessed on your laptop. It’s nice to be able to update your projects from anywhere. Bonus: Workona is easy to use and looks professional

I have this for desktop, iPad, and had to get it for iPhone. It’s synced across all devices and literally allows me to pick up any project I’m working on no matter where I am.

It’s an absolute must have for anyone who works with multiple clients or projects.

It lets you organize tabs instead of having a tab list a mile long. When working on a research project, for example, you can have a workplace specifically for links and resources for that project instead of having to re-find the links every time you close the browser.

Nothing more to say other than it’s an essential app for DevOps and Research.

Please add Edge support. Chrome is great but…

Not only is this great for its ability to sync with this app on desktop but this is excellent as a browser on its own. I dont know what web platform this is built on but it absolutely wins.

My only minor complaint is that it doesnt support split view, although as a PM myself I can understand how difficult it would be with all the visual elements.
