Alerts/Reminders to not work on iPhone

I have an iPhone and the Kegel reminders do not work; I never get notifications despite setting up reminders each day (and “allow notifications” being turned on in my settings). I emailed customer service asking if there is anything I can try or do to get the notifications to work, but never heard back. What a bummer, seems like a really great app if that worked.

Notifications

It seems like a very good app, but I get NO notifications, ever. I have checked my settings multiple times, turned notifications on and off, but none. My other Kegel app does give me its one notification, so apps can do it. Very disappointed.

Reminders do not work

I enjoy KegelExercisesPelvicFloor but often get busy throughout the day and forget. When o first downloaded it, reminders worked and it was awesome. But it hasn’t worked in awhile. I’m trying to get in the habit of doing it everytime I get in the car. Apart from reminders not working, I like it.

Reminders don’t work.

I have the reminders set and switched on in KegelExercisesPelvicFloor . I have them turned on in every possible way in the settings on my phone. They do not work. Which is one of the main reasons I downloaded KegelExercisesPelvicFloor . :( It would be 5 stars if the reminders worked.

Great App but Notifications Don’t Work

I love everything about KegelExercisesPelvicFloor. But the notifications don’t work. They work the day I set them but after that, don’t work. I need something to remind me otherwise I’m terrible at doing my exercises. Had to switch apps because of that, otherwise KegelExercisesPelvicFloor would be perfect.

Great but…..

I would give it five stars if the Reminders worked. I see a lot of people who are having the same issue but nobody is responding from KegelExercisesPelvicFloor . If they could let us know why the reminders aren’t working and how they could fix it so they do it would be much better. When you’re busy like most of us, are you forget to go into KegelExercisesPelvicFloor to do the exercises so if you don’t get the reminder, then you a lot of times don’t end up doing them. Please fix.

Free and GREAT!!!

Short Answer: Free, Minimal ads, Packed with useful features.

Long Answer: This is the only app I was able to find without a subscription. There are some ads, but very minimal. It has so many cool features, like vibration, audio, and visual cues. It also has a “privacy” function that turns the screen off, but still vibrates and/or plays sound. A very good app for male or female, and super straightforward to start and follow along with your plan. Glad I found it, and surprised others haven’t… WORTH IT!!!

Pretty good so far

Did my first session and it turned out very well and it actually felt like I was working out

Experience

Thus far I had found KegelExercisesPelvicFloor to be very helpful and easy fo use!

Good Application

Really good application...now I'm at level 6 and in application total levels are 10...at the end of level 10, what is next?

Tutorial video

It will be nice if you add a video session of how to do the exercise as some of us doesn’t know how to … just add like a tutorial beginners video

Easy to use

Coaches you through the kegels without having to think about it yourself. Very easy to use and timed to not stress you but seems effective.

Where is the Apple Health Sync?

I loved KegelExercisesPelvicFloor it's so amazing, very strong ❤️, but it says in the description that there is a Sync to Apple Health, but I can’t find it on KegelExercisesPelvicFloor . There is nothing about apple heath? Please add the feature

Perfect - but what happens after you complete level 10??

Simple, effective, steadily progressive program! It was the perfect app to help me stay consistent with pelvic floor strengthening — but what happens when you complete Level 10?? There was nothing beyond it. Do you stay on Level 10 forever?

Great app!

Glad that I found KegelExercisesPelvicFloor. The ads bother a bit but it's a payment for using KegelExercisesPelvicFloor for free. Totally recommend! It helps stay on track and motivates keep doing the exercises!🌸

It’s effective and free. Just do your research to make sure you are isolating the right muscle.

KegelExercisesPelvicFloor rocks for all you post-op prostate guys out there. As soon as the pain subsides jump on this puppy and you’ll be out of your depends in no time!

OMG

KegelExercisesPelvicFloor is really really amazing I wish that I knew this amazing app before I just found out about very recently but I am telling you everyone should download KegelExercisesPelvicFloor before something happened to change it

Finally No Subscription!

Great App with Great Workouts! Free, No subscription, Simple, all you deal with is minimal adds. Reminders to workout, been doing kegals consistently for only a few weeks and already see results in my stamina.

It works….

It’s been a minute since I’ve worked on this 😂😂 and I had to concentrate on not tensing other areas while doing the exercises, but it’s simple and effective… and it takes up very little time while getting your hoo-ha in shape… it’s a win/win!

Interactive cues

I love the fact that KegelExercisesPelvicFloor sounds off on the tense and relax cues. This really allows me to focus on my breathing while performing the excel codes.
