Today I used this app for 30 minutes , it dosen’t support full screen for ipad , no screen sharing in the video call, no documents sharing or chats , no website support for video calls. Please have a button to extend call not a pop up while call is live. I am paying a premium plus amount with the client , but app dosen’t reflect the premium they collect. I will change my starts if you guys can make above changes. All the best. But thank you for well planed service I liked it.

All this founder, Raad Mobren wants is to be the be the next Jeff Beazos. He uses celebrity names like Nate Berkus, Tiffany Haddish— who apparently invested in this awful app. All Raad is doing is trying to make a quick buck. Didn’t pay any one that he’s asked for advise. Has no clue as to how using people for your own personal greed, will burn every bridge. Shame on you Nate Berkus, Tiffany Haddish, Alexis Ohanian— and any others that invested with this crooked, wanna be get rich quick scheme. Highly advise Apple kicking them off their platform and if the names they are using are really involved— shame on all of you. And because you have to give a rating to post this, I’ll give it a one but it’s really a -10. Shame on you Raad Mobern. You’re a bad guy.

My call with Andrew Chen was an awful. Right away, it was obvious he hadn’t even glanced at the pre-call notes and he was late. The conversation was beyond lazy and disrespectful to founders who pay $2500 for 30 mins.

Most of the call stayed at a surface level with no depth. Given the stage of our business, it just wasn’t useful.

We asked for a refund just for this call (since the others we’ve had were great), but they refused. We even reached out to one of the founders and got completely ghosted.

I get that it’s tricky since Andrew is their lead investor, but if you’re paying for access to top-tier advice, there should be some quality control. Instead, the platform hides behind restrictive terms and poor customer service. That won’t end well for it.

I have made connections on here that remain supportive of my business and me. My only critique is that the feedback should not be limited to once the this app session is done and there should be an option to make an anonymous review; many people can feel uncomfortable criticizing the experts you have on this platform.

Intro worked great and it was fun meeting with an expert. I only wish I could have had a way to share the floor-plan of the room we were working on. I feel like it could have helped me work through my issues easier.

Just had an AMAZING first this app call. I wish I would’ve known about Intro when I started my first business - but hey… you live & you learn. I can’t believe that I get to hop on a “Facetime” with people that I have looked up to for years. I asked some really specific questions about a new business idea & got THE BEST feedback. this app is Intro for entrepreneurs who need a quick question answered about our business or help with ongoing mentorship guidance. You book a 15-60 min call with an expert, pay, and have the video call all in Intro. It's brilliant and SO needed! I have had 2 sessions already and have received concrete and logical advice about my business. Worth every penny!

Alexis Ohanian posted about this on Twitter and I honestly thought it would be too good to be true. However in one month I’ve had more meaningful conversations on how to successfully take my idea to market, than I’d had in the previous ten years. These are experts and they really want to help.

This platform gave me a chance to get some quick questions answered, and Xavier had great insight and suggestions, including some options I had not considered. Definitely with the small investment to be able to connect with someone who has knowledge of the business space.

I scheduled a 30 minute meeting with Matt Higgins. The call was great, and Matt was very insightful and provided some meaningful advice. I definitely felt the value I received for the price I paid was a fair value exchange.

Overall I really love the concept of this app. The concept is simple and beautiful. Most of us will never have the opportunity to book a face-to-face meeting with a top expert in a particular field. The this app app brings those experts to us (for a price) via video conference in a 1-on-1 setting

Where else can you get video conference time with top experts. Each expert has a price that is set for their time which is booked in 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes, etc time slots. The price is high, but it is about what I expected to get a meeting and time from a world class expert.

Advice is to prepare before the call and share the two or three main things you want to discuss in advance so you can really maximize your time.

this app is an incredible experience.

No matter what your situation is, your need, your motivation, I encourage you to reach out an connect with these talented individuals on this app. It's powerful, and most of us cannot connect with this level of talent in our daily lives. And they give you their best!

If you are this app-curious, you must try it!

I have already had two sessions with a third scheduled. It’s access to the brightest minds at your finger tips. The expense can be a downside, for sure, but I hope Intro can include student/teacher/military discounts or flash gift card sales in the future.

I’ve been working on a project for a couple years and I’m getting to a point where I can launch pretty soon. I sure could use some guidance from experienced successful people, and out of the blue, I see this ad about booking a call with successful people. I browsed through, found someone I wanted to talk to and booked. I just got off the phone call and I’m ecstatic. I got the answers I was looking for, and will definitely book a call with Sarah again. This is awesome!

This was my second reading with Sarah and she did not disappoint. She reassured me on some things that had come up since the last reading and confirmed a few things we had talked about. She’s the best.

This is my second review. My first experience came with a less than desirable interaction. However, the CEO reached out to me directly. He was not only apologetic, but took responsibility for helping. As entrepreneurs we can learn from each other in all kinds of ways. This experience although it started as a problem, has become something with a little magic in it. Facing the hard things is something I deeply believe in and respect. Today, my faith in tech startups is restored. Looking forward to trying it again in the future.

I participated in my first this app call yesterday. The technology worked great, and my first conversation was top notch. I love this concept and plan to be a frequent user. It is a great way to receive the advice that you need in the moment from someone who is an expert in that specific topic.

This platform gives opportunities that would typically cost many thousands of dollars. It’s such a gift to be able to access the brilliant minds of these highly accomplished people and have them weigh in and advise on my business.

My session with Rod went very well.
