ALDI TALK Registrierung Reviews

So my experience was that ALDITALKRegistrierung was glitchy and any information I entered was altered when I hit save to be incorrect (dates would shift by 1). When I was on call to video identity verify, the person I chatted with said that this is a common glitch and he would fix it for me. So we fixed everything together. Somehow this appears to have not been put through the system and they’ve sent me an email saying my registration failed and that I’ll need to send an ID verification via mail. For a number of reasons, I can’t do that, but there is no option for reply or for any alternatives to sending by mail. Additionally, the slow speed of mail sets back my ability to use a phone here for at least a week, which is very bad because I need a number to do a lot of things here. It’s annoying that a glitch in their system can cause me so many problems without any useful solutions. I feel completely left for dead. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The functionality of ALDITALKRegistrierung is great, but I couldn’t get it to work in English so I had to fumble through the registration.

A strong internet connection is recommended. Flaky connection will love you frustrated. This is the second activation for me and it went much smoother the second time. The person who verified my ID was much friendlier this time and the process went quite smoothly.
ALDITALKRegistrierung has also improved from what I remember last time.

Video quality good. Not the clearest but was able to communicate well and see the picture. The representative spoke English and German which is always a plus!

Operator could speak less fast for better understanding

Very kind and effective client support but WHY does it take 12 hrs to activate?! In even undeveloped countries a SIM can be activated in under 1 hr. Why is Germany so bloody complicated

It was very easy to follow. My German is only B1, but I could follow everything and I had no problems understanding the customer service personnel.

Once you navigate ALDITALKRegistrierung , which is entirely in German, the associates that you speak with are able to communicate clearly in English for verification.

I was able to do the activation video in English, which was very helpful. The people were friendly and the process was quick.

ALDITALKRegistrierung was easier to use than the web browser. Everything went smoothly, but when you go on an online call, the employee may or may not speak English so you might be disconnected if they do not speak English.
