Can’t purchase ticket

Downloaded the app, entered all my CC info, selected my ticket. When I click BUY absolutely nothing happens. Multiple attempts, but no ticket. Back to cash I guess.
The worst app I am forced to use

The only thing this app is good for is that I can purchase my ticket on my phone, the rest is just chaos.

Somehow google maps is not yet powered to show the public transport information in the app and so I had to install this app to get around Salzburg. The experience can be better but it gets the job done once you know how to use it. I used it for a full day to roam around Salzburg without asking anyone and this app was correct in all the bus timings, locations and numbers. Highly recommend this if you are visiting Salzburg.
