I appreciate the attempt. But... honestly AmazingFlashCards feels like a school project (sorry!) that is bare bones and a bit unstable. If you don't mind a bit of frustration, it may (?) get the job done. I wouldn't use it for a big card stack (like French 101)

I do really like AmazingFlashCards for the simplicity and the ability to flag cards that you don’t remember quite well. However, AmazingFlashCards is missing key elements: the absence of iCloud syncing, no allowance of the importation of like-file formats; CSV; which is the file format the flash ... Show more cards are supposed to export with but that feature, at least in my experience, doesn’t work; no picture feature, no writing-to-text scanner
Overall AmazingFlashCards is largely a work in progress and I suspect AmazingFlashCards will get much better over time. However, I cannot recommend AmazingFlashCards because there are too many apps that can do exactly what AmazingFlashCards does and more and are also free.

It’s the best app in this category but it could have been better if the reverse study was also possible. That is, first we saw the back of the cards and then we said the answer in front of the cards.

AmazingFlashCards is generally good overall. It serves its purpose all while not requiring the consumer to make purchases or watch advertisments. A few new features would help to bring AmazingFlashCards more functionality; for instance, the default is that only the front is shown first and you ca... AmazingFlashCards is super simple and easy to use. Other apps I’ve tried have been either full of bugs, expensive, or over complicated. Studying is so much easier with flash cards. Simple interface, easy to use, and no adds. However, there are three things I wish were possible.

1. The ability to put note cards in a linear order (it automatically puts them in a random order).

2. The ability to flip the note card back and forth. I have a lot of similar note cards ... Show more with minor yet specific detail changes and sometimes after flipping it over I get confused as to what the front said. It would be nice to flip it over once more to reinforce the knowledge.

3. The ability to put multiple decks together/study multiple at once. It would save me a ton of time instead on copying each card individually.

AmazingFlashCards is mostly exactly what I was looking for, except for those three details. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it.

First off, this is the best free flash card app for studying. It is unlimited and free, which is awesome!

I would suggest, though, adding a way to upload photos and documents so we can study photos as well.

This is a great app for making your own flash cards. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow for imports, so the cards have to be made individually on your device. I’m learning Spanish and creating a new card for each new word, so this is good practice for me anyway.

Even if I close it out after that happens, I may have to do it multiple times before AmazingFlashCards will reopen. I do t k one of the size of the deck has anything to do with this, but so far I’ve made a little less than 100 cards.

AmazingFlashCards is very good, haven’t seen any ads, offline studying and it’s very easy to add cards in. although, i have one suggestion, there should be a shuffle option, some people memorize by order without knowing it, it would really help to study in a random order instead of just having it ... AmazingFlashCards works great and it's simple to use. I'd ask that AmazingFlashCards be supported through multiple devices, so cards can be studied on the Mac, iPhone, etc. Also, it might be good to merge all of the decks together to make studying more comprehensive.

AmazingFlashCards is very easy to use and straightforward. No complications. Great that it is free. It could be improved if you could to turn the cards around from time to time. It's free, so I can't complain. My only suggestion would be for people doing easy stuff, in study mode, allow a space to type in an asnwer. I don't see that ability and it would reinforce additional memory by typing the answer out.

AmazingFlashCards is easy to use, works well, and doesn’t require an external account anywhere. If it could import card lists it would be perfect, it is still quite good. It’s free without that functionality, which is generous, but I would happily pay if it had it.

Giving five stars because it's free and does exactly what it says. Very basic and easy to navigate. Some features I'd still like to see in the future are:

- sync between devices
- ability to study cards "backwards"--see the back first and guess the front

You are able to place text on the Question side and multiple text lines on the "reveal" side as well. AmazingFlashCards provides a great edit tool. The tool also allows you to create multiple sets of flash card sets. Each set has its own metrics tracking. You can practice on new ones as well (... Show more an option in the test section). For a free app, it is very versatile. I placed 20 items in the first set and plan to put 20 more. Also, the testing allows you to score correct/incorrect.

I really enjoy using AmazingFlashCards for studding in my various classes! It’s supper easy to use, and I like the simple design! I would 100% suggest this to anyone looking to study for an upcoming exam!

Since this is currently free then it is 5 stars. But, it is very basic so you cannot add images to it. Also the screen is not that horrible looking black (I guess it depends on how your computer is set up). My note card screen has a light gray background and where the text is typed, it has a white ... Show more background. So far, so goo.

There's no special features, but there's also no ads or in app purchases so it's great!
Also I haven't had any glitches :)

It would be great to see AmazingFlashCards improve, such as adding features like being able to insert photos on the flashcards, or even a cute theme to make it more ... Show more appealing.
