How to fix SpeecherPro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SpeecherPro app on iPhone
Update SpeecherPro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SpeecherPro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SpeecherPro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SpeecherPro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SpeecherPro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SpeecherPro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SpeecherPro App
1. On android, goto Settings » SpeecherPro » click [Force Stop]

Update SpeecherPro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SpeecherPro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SpeecherPro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SpeecherPro.

Fix SpeecherPro unable to contact server/ SpeecherPro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SpeecherPro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SpeecherPro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SpeecherPro
