Worst service ever

Pico the definition of failure. Now I know how bad the services I would never recommend pico to anyone there customer service is beyond Recognition. They rent bikes to people 10 days after you pay $100 or more and then you pick up the bike it takes them 45 minutes to get the bike ready! not only that after waiting for such a long time you got a defective bike that you can charge or secured because it’s broken. Then they promised call back and 3 days later still nothing but I’m still paying for the subscription I find it very unethical and in-business like the way how they practice business. Need better service

Poor customer service

I submitted a request for the scooter thing and there was a hiccup along the way with the delivery and etc. So I was pretty patient up until when I called back to customer service and the person who assisted me was extremely rude. I would definitely not recommended this business to anyone I know.

THEY SCAMMED ME

After a very long research of this company that had no history i gave them a chance,I sign a contract, I paid my initial fees and never got a call to schedule the drop off ,I called them for few days and had no answer of when will they be dropping off the bike ,just a ..oh yeah can I give u a call back ,he’s not in ,he’s busy ,he’s This and that (the delivery guy)so I’m already upset like they playing games for a whole week ,that Friday I check my bank account and I noticed they charge me extra Money (65 dollars) for no reason and put my account on overdraft ..I call them to ask what’s going on with that ...NO one has an answer ,the next day I have to call again now this guy name Orlando which it suppose to be the customer service manager tells me he’s going to Rectify their mistake not to worry ,he will compensate me for their mess up so he calls me later that day just to tell me their system made an error,that maybe I paid them extra,gave me like 3 or 4 excuses but that he’s willing to give me the money they took without my consent on credit (LOL) I’m like You’re giving me credit for money you guys stole and I still have to pay my bank for the overdraft fee (35 dollars)because of your mess up then he gets agresive telling me NO ITS YOUR F***UP I’m like really ok love the lack of professionalism ,than he processed to act like guetto an unprofessional telling me soooo you want to cancel or what ,what you wanna do ..at this point it’s a joke talking to him ,he clicks on me 2 second later they blocked my account ,kept my money ,now I’m calling my bank to try to get my money back.. plz avoid this place worst nightmare also they have had my review removed like 5 times and I won’t let other ppl get scammed like me so NICE TRY

Man I don’t know where to start when it comes to how grateful I am for Pico, not only do they provide amazing costumer service they truly offer a Rental services never even thought possible!? Great bikes and incredible deal

E bikes are very pricey. If you are going for quality this is a no brainer and be careful because there’s so much junk out there. I’m amazed at the programs offered - they are unbeatable. Most options out there are three times as much!

I use my Pico for deliveries, made three times more renting with them than I did using my car. I had a good experience and am getting one from them on layaway. Best ride for my business and gas is off the charts now. Makes a whole lot of sense if you want to make $.

I had a good time on the bike I got. LA is not easy to deal with in a car and having a e-ride was nice for 2 weeks. Easy pick up, easy drop off. Just don't scratch the rims or they charge for it.

Customer service-average Scooter- only problem is ive had to change out battery 4 times. The battery rattles around messing up the port where it connects to the scooter. I now stick a bar to wedge it in there it but sometimes i forget. They are cool about switching out the battery if you are paid up. Dont get me started on their service fees they want you to pay a service charge for a parking ticket you got that they just take out of your account. Still a good idea and have saved a lot of money

I have used a couple of rental services before, both for scooters and cars. I enjoyed using the moped to get to and from work, but after using the service for a couple of weeks, I will never be recommending this service to anyone. While my first moped did arrive in about 5 days time with thorough inspection, in just 6 days of use, it completely stopped working while on the road and I had to walk it a mile back home. It took several calls and 4 days for them to swap a new scooter, and they still charged my subscription during the time I did not have a scooter. My second issue occurred a couple days ago. On my way home from work, 3 police SUVs stopped me on the road because the second moped after the swap matched the VIN and license plate (literally everything except for the color) of a stolen moped. The police could not contact anybody from the PICO team and towed away the vehicle. I contacted PICO customer service at 866-720-6030 about the situation the next day. I received a call from Khadion 3 hours later and was simply told to start a new subscription and PICO will waive the activation fee. The representative did not provide any answers to the questions I had, couldn’t connect me to Brian or anyone that could answer my questions, and couldn’t even confirm that the $79 delivery fee of the new moped would be waived. All I wanted was the bare minimum from PICO: to be able to receive some quality customer service for my problems, and to be able to fully trust and use their service without any problems. Never in my life have I had such horrible experiences with a company. I am a student working full time this summer and PICO’s moped is the only form of transportation I could afford to get to and from work. If you have the financial capability, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. However if you do happen to use this service, set your lowest expectations possible for a company, and be ready for PICO to break them.

I don't recommend this service to anyone, I paid about $80 extra on top of the $195 activation fee to have the scooter delivered to my home only for it to start giving me problems 5 days later. Normally they would charge you $80 again to pick it up for maintenance but since it was faulty parts and not my fault it was malfunctioning they waived the pick up fee, however when they received the bike they tried charging me for other made up issues they said there was with the bike on top of trying to charge me another $80 to drop it off. Customer service is a complete joke you literally have to argue back and forth against the extra fees they want to charge. Total charges for one week of use was about $350. ($195 activation, $80 delivery, $50 weekly. that's not even including an additional $80 for redelivery due to faulty parts on the scooter I'm trying to get waived.
