I was trying to find a phone number for KCAL Channel 9 to ask how I could e-mail to a couple of my favorite news reporters on KCAL. I am an 87-year-old disabled veteran of USMC and watch channel 9 news as it is my favorite and iI like the people there and just wanted to tell them that and give them a compliment or two. Jerry

In recent weeks there have been serious problems with the SOUND in CBS programs. I live in Pacific Palisades and my TV service is supplied by Spectrum. Since moving here 15 years ago, I'm mostly tuned into CBS for morning and evening news; I don't watch TV much otherwise. In the past several months, often commercials have NO sound at al, only visuals. And increasingly, local LA reports, as about weather, also have become soundless. And tonight the news programs themselves require tuning up the volume a lot in order to hear news at all. So I gave up and switched to NBC, and will do this permanently if this problem isn't corrected. What's causing this? Other listeners in this area, and maybe elsewhere too, may be experiencing this very annoying situation with CBS, which may be affecting programs throughout the day and night. Are the advertisers, who doubtless pay a lot to CBS, aware of what's going on? They should be. Please investigate!

I realize that mass shootings are important news business but when there are only several facts to report and nothing else , after telling the city those facts , is it really necessary to keep repeating them over and over and removing a most important show like sunday morning to instead have us hear the same facts every 5 minutes ?? . So I figured I could at least get to watch sunday morning on kcal at 10 am but NO .. you again remove what is many people's favorite show to REPEAT the same facts we all have been hearing for the last 4 hours ... your program director is an idiot .
