Trying to cancel before the 3 day limit. Cannot figure out ‘How to cancel anytime!’ Not intuitive at all.

Facegym is free for 3 days, then 9.99 a week. I want to cancel it, but can’t figure out how. I emailed, but got a message that it was unable to be delivered.

I do not recommend. I paid $29.99 for 30 days of access. Facegym worked for an entire two days. And in those two days, Facegym had trouble recognizing my face during exercises and it skipped days 2 and 3. So, in reality I paid $15 a day.

I sent two emails to cancel my subscription because it wouldn’t let me do it in their app and they still build my credit card again and still haven’t got back to me!! Terrible customer service

They get access to your account abs charging your credit cards every 5 days . Sometimes twice a day

It’s the only app I know that has a good free plan and also an amazing paid one tho I would definitely recommend getting the paid if you can afford it for a better experience
