You can just get everything from a wiki probably. FOR FREE.

Don’t even bother, ITS NOT FREE despite the information being free and wildly spread in different forms of media. The UI is horrible if you’re in dark mode you cannot see anything because the brilliant dev made the icons black.
BlenderKeys is a scam because is basically restricts you to the blender wiki WHICH IS FREE.
Don’t bother.

So I got BlenderKeys thinking I’d understand blender so much better but then it started asking me to spend money to view a HOTKEY!?!? Ok so what is the point of paying a dollar and viewing it slightly easier or not paying a dollar and looking up the hot keys you need. Also for my two free ones the symbols for Ctrl and others were horrendous and made me so confused like I was missing something. Please fix the above

It doesn’t even do anything it just shows you how to do blender on a computer or tablet or whatever so this is the worst app in the world you know it even the aliens if they saw this, they would think that BlenderKeys is trash or crap I guess that’s what you call it. This is I thought this was gonna be oh my gosh I don’t even have to go on my computer anymore. I can just do it right here on my iPad no, it’s just that’s why it’s called Blender Keys and I don’t. I don’t even know why I can just look on a tutorial how to do it. It will show me even better things like how to make Godzilla how to make myself how to make me smoke like not like how to make me like just like how to make me just like a walking steam, so this is the worst. This is the worst app in the world that’s all I had to say.

I don’t understand BlenderKeys. There’s a problem with my computer blender which can add keyframes but there’s no animation. So I’m trying to use BlenderKeys. But BlenderKeys is just adds. And everything else I don’t understand. I JUST WANT SMTH ABOUT KEYFRAMES!! If you know how to fix this issue pls tell me. Goodbye and I’m uninstalling BlenderKeys

Won’t let you make anything. I don’t know if I’m being dumb. I’m on tablet and it won’t let me maybe just won’t let me build or something, but I’m not really sure how this is supposed to help you and stuff if it won’t let you do anything sorry if I’m being dumb.

If you are downloading BlenderKeys because you want to build and create items, then don’t waste your time by getting BlenderKeys. BlenderKeys is just like a cheat sheet from what I hear. It only gives you the controls of the keys, but it’s for another app. You have to buy the actual app that allows you to build and design. If your looking to know the controls and which button/ keyboard key does what, then this is an okay app. But if your a little confused like me and scrolling through the comments, then just don’t get BlenderKeys . It’s not like it costs money to get this, but BlenderKeys this one promotes does. So this is probably a decent app for people who bought the other one but for me it’s just not what I was looking for.

This is really handy for when you’re learning the short-cut keys… Except if your phone is in dark mode, then you can hardly see any of the key symbols. Fix that and I’ll change this review to a 5 Star.

Good reference for beginners. Needs a light and dark mode, or just keys with white fill added. New to blender so not overly familiar with it to know how accurate everything is. Nice cheat sheet if I can read the keys.

As a newbie I think BlenderKeys is great. I was a little confused about the symbols on the keys at first until I found the switch for Show Mac Keys in About BlenderKeys, Settings, and turned it off. Then I could see the familiar Alt and Control keys that I have on my pc. I think the Shift key should be the word Shift instead of a hollow up arrow because it could be confused with the actual up arrow key. Otherwise, I think BlenderKeys is great. 2 free sections is reasonable (generous, really) and so far it’s all I need to learn the first steps (which for me are modeling and sculpting) in creating parts in Blender to 3d print. The people that left bad reviews don’t understand what BlenderKeys is for or haven’t turned off dark mode in their phone settings. Developer could add white text at the top of each page that tells people to turn off dark mode to see the key pics.

Nice little app with shortcuts and tricks. Very helpful for a beginner like me! Does not yet work with “dark mode”, so for those complaining, just turn off “dark mode” and you’ll be able to read everything just fine. Can’t expect too much from a simple informative app.
