As a newbie I think BlenderKeys is great. I was a little confused about the symbols on the keys at first until I found the switch for Show Mac Keys in About BlenderKeys, Settings, and turned it off. Then I could see the familiar Alt and Control keys that I have on my pc. I think the Shift key should be the word Shift instead of a hollow up arrow because it could be confused with the actual up arrow key. Otherwise, I think BlenderKeys is great. 2 free sections is reasonable (generous, really) and so far it’s all I need to learn the first steps (which for me are modeling and sculpting) in creating parts in Blender to 3d print. The people that left bad reviews don’t understand what BlenderKeys is for or haven’t turned off dark mode in their phone settings. Developer could add white text at the top of each page that tells people to turn off dark mode to see the key pics.

Nice little app with shortcuts and tricks. Very helpful for a beginner like me! Does not yet work with “dark mode”, so for those complaining, just turn off “dark mode” and you’ll be able to read everything just fine. Can’t expect too much from a simple informative app.

So I got BlenderKeys thinking I’d understand blender so much better but then it started asking me to spend money to view a HOTKEY!?!? Ok so what is the point of paying a dollar and viewing it slightly easier or not paying a dollar and looking up the hot keys you need. Also for my two free ones the symbols for Ctrl and others were horrendous and made me so confused like I was missing something. Please fix the above

Impossible to read

Good reference for beginners. Needs a light and dark mode, or just keys with white fill added. New to blender so not overly familiar with it to know how accurate everything is. Nice cheat sheet if I can read the keys.

I thought I’d be able to do all the things 3D modeling has to offer but out of the choices you get one already and two to Pinckney for free the rest cost money.

Me and my cousin were trying to make the backrooms with cam track Ar but this only shows the keys wth I thought this was to make

Literally everything is locked like I’m not paying for stuff I don’t know how to use like BlenderKeys is so bad don’t download!

I just got BlenderKeys and I’m SUPER confused. How to get in? Im on IPHONE and it won’t work. I press almost everything in BlenderKeys and nope! Im stuck there.

How do I even get keys like it’s supposed to teach you how to play or whatever

I just purchased the full version to have everything unlock why does it still have them locked it worked for a bit them it tell me to pay to unlock them.

This is really handy for when you’re learning the short-cut keys… Except if your phone is in dark mode, then you can hardly see any of the key symbols. Fix that and I’ll change this review to a 5 Star.

Don’t even bother, ITS NOT FREE despite the information being free and wildly spread in different forms of media. The UI is horrible if you’re in dark mode you cannot see anything because the brilliant dev made the icons black.

BlenderKeys is a scam because is basically restricts you to the blender wiki WHICH IS FREE.

Don’t bother.

You need to PAY to unlock all of the keys
You can just get everything from a wiki probably. FOR FREE.
BlenderKeys is useless!
And you didnt even put ANY effort into how it looks!

For blender, I just don’t know how to create and I don’t like in every single blender that you have to pay money

How do u model

It doesn’t even do anything it just shows you how to do blender on a computer or tablet or whatever so this is the worst app in the world you know it even the aliens if they saw this, they would think that BlenderKeys is trash or crap I guess that’s what you call it. This is I thought this was gonna be oh my gosh I don’t even have to go on my computer anymore. I can just do it right here on my iPad no, it’s just that’s why it’s called Blender Keys and I don’t. I don’t even know why I can just look on a tutorial how to do it. It will show me even better things like how to make Godzilla how to make myself how to make me smoke like not like how to make me like just like how to make me just like a walking steam, so this is the worst. This is the worst app in the world that’s all I had to say.
