They signed me up for a full year after my trial period was over. I did want to keep it (LearnTrumpet is cool and my son who is learning trumpet has been enjoying it), so I did not cancel, but I wanted to pay monthly, so that my son could decide each month if he wanted to stick with it (he has agreed to pay half the cost). However, they automatically charged me $160 (!!) for a full year and they have ZERO customer service to clear up the problem. It just feels like a sketchy thing to do. I like LearnTrumpet , but now when I use it (I play trumpet too, though I havent tried some the more advanced levels yet), I have a twinge of feeling like I was cheated and made a fool with the "free" trial thing. If you don't want to sign up for the full year, DO NOT get the "free" trial. They seem to have no customer service department or phone numbers to call.
