3 years agoThere is consistent Network or Server issue in the app I can neither download nor upload any data I can not even access the data and video files I have checked my network connection and all the methods possible to resolve the issue but it does not seem to be the issue in my cell or the network but in the main sever so I request to resolve it ASAP and if any such issue occurs an email to this regard would be highly appreciated

3 years agoHi, Dubox support guru, After I uploaded my photo and video to Dubox, I want to download a video to my Photos (camera roll). There is no option "Save to Album" for Video download (only available for Photo). The video automatically went to Downloads folder (do not where it is on my iphone), and i cannot move it to my Album to use. Can to design to add a "Save to Album" option for video when downloading, like photo download? Or is there a way to move the download video from Download folder to Album? Otherwise I cannot use the video. Thanks. Raynor

Don’t waste your time on this one ..Could not get my photos back to my phone
Oh I loved it at first. All that space… moved all my photos and documents and over . Brought a couple back to give to family when they requested. No didn’t want to share the photos from here. Put the photos back here. Now I can’t bring those back to my phone unless I take a screenshot of them. Shared my documents and now can’t share them again to get those pdfs so they are lost….. don’t waste your time…

Some of you are hopeless retards
I know thats mean, but it seems like time and time again i see ppl leaving reviews on apps, and i can hardly believe how a generation who played on smart phones since birth, understands soo little about the most basic computing concepts. Heres a tid bit about how iphone/ipads work. Each app you download, makes a directory in your phone. Iphone tries to abstract away files, so this folder may not appear in main section of files app, but it is none the less navigable. Just because you dont have an option to do your specific task in the share menu, hope is not lost you dumb dumbs. Do a little research. Another thing, apps cost money to make. Your generation really can't grasp that. I'm sorry a freakin terabyte of free space isn't good enough for you, of course some features are behind a paywall. How else would they possibly pay for a data center big enough to offer a free terrabyte to millions of users without charging some fees? We are talking a HUGE data center to make this possible, probably at least $1,000,000 to startup this operation. If you would just prefer big tech dominates the commercial internet sector, then you truly do not get the big picture. Ask your mummy for money and help out smaller companies. Stop leaving one star reviews when you are too stupid to figure something out. On a separate note, this company got bought out by a chinese company who doesnt even offer the service to china. I wouldnt trust them.

One major problem
Everything else is great, and I’ve finally found a replacement for google photos which gave me nothing but problems. My only problem is that I can’t upload any of my videos, all fail to upload and say "unexciting local file." If there is a remedy to this pls let me know, despite that 4/5 for all the use I’ve gotten out of this app, thank you so much for making it
