How to fix CookieRun app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CookieRun app on iPhone
Update CookieRun app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CookieRun iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CookieRun on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CookieRun network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CookieRun Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CookieRun not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CookieRun App
1. On android, goto Settings » CookieRun » click [Force Stop]

Update CookieRun to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CookieRun App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CookieRun » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CookieRun.

Fix CookieRun unable to contact server/ CookieRun internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CookieRun » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CookieRun » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
