Recently began using kilos with new plates and instead of relying on a chart, being able to load which plates, empty bar weight, and collars allowed the app to select the closest combination of the three to make my weight selection. This cut down on time and allowed me to get the work done. Great work, thank you!

Out of the different calculators and bar loaders out there this app ranks the best. It’s super easy to use, i like the plateau tab because there’s solid info there. I like the estimated max and meet prep a lot(even though I don’t compete in powerlifting I like how I can gauge my sets and reps). I like the interface too.
Overall it’s simple, straight to the point, and a great tool plus it’s a got a little sense of humor
