Hello, I would like to cancel my membership please. Thanks!
I would like to cancel my subscription..I already passed my nclex.
Please stop charging my card every 3months.what kind of robbery is that.
I need to cancel and get refund back
There has been a monthly charge on my account for $39.99 and I have no idea why. It is not showing up in my subscriptions and I have never even been to the site. I have never even considered being a nurse. I have no idea how to cancel this subscription. This is fraudulent activity.
I paid for the one year subscription with 25% off. I need to see the 2200 + questions that were advertised but nothing shows up. I tried both in the app and on desktop. My money has been drawn but of no use. I need my money back.
Hello I did not authorize monies to be continually to Be taken out of my bank account. I want a refund or I will be reporting fraudulent activity with my bank!
I NEVER gave you guys permission to resubscribe the app, you guys have been taking 19.99 out of my account. I am pissed off.
Having trouble accessing the material. Purchased the study material back in February for a year. Ready to start studying for the rn nclex.

Customer service by Blake D is not professional and comes off as aggressive if you disagree with the approach they have to your account. They unnecessarily flag you for account sharing for logging into a different device that is owned by yourself. I bought the app before it was subscription based. Money hungry since I’m not profitable I guess, a way to cancel my account right hlt? Surely I’m not the only person in the world who has multiple emails.
As far as the functioning of the app, the questions and rationales are not what they used to be. Not difficult enough to reflect the RN nclex which is full of case study like scenarios. I found that Kaplan’s subscription based nclex study source is way better to study. It has full rationales and doesn’t list the same rationale for every answer. Kaplan also has a week by week guide that allows you to follow a guided pace with assistance starting with the how to’s on answering questions. The lab section was the only helpful section I found.

After taking nclex review classes, it is apparent that many questions are flawed on this app. There is a serious lack of nursing prioritization questions as well. Questions tend to steer toward more didactic information and promotes only memorization as opposed to critical thinking. The rationales behind questions and answers as well are also disappointing as it seems to be only textbook definitions of what the question involved, while very seldom actually giving legitimate rationale as to why an answer choice is wrong. The questions here also almost completely contradict what Hurst and Kaplan teach you when it comes to taking test questions and choosing answers. These questions are too open ended and do not lead the test taker to choose appropriate answers as they make the answer choices so vague that almost anything can be rationalized to be a right answer.

I’m currently studying for the NCLEX-RN. I’ve used Saunders, ATI, and UWorld. I hate to be harsh, but I personally find this one to be the least trustworthy. There are often spelling and grammatical errors, the questions and answers can be extremely vague/broad in interpretation and there are inconsistencies in the rationales. For example, this rationale states, “Clients with a disease of more than 20 years have a greater risk of developing hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Management of the disease, not length of disease, is the greater key to prevention of additional complications.” So is it length of time or management....? Whatever the intended explanation, it’s not well-put. I do think it’s good to use one or two different review sources for studying to get well rounded content and questions, but I often find myself more confused after using this. If it works for you great, but my experience has only been okay!
