I can’t find a way on PlantID to cancel!!
PlantID doesn’t work
Not just useless but could cause harm if you rely on it.
You took my money! Very sneaky. I can’t seem to get it back. I tried your app snd didn't care for it. So you charged me anyway? 10 bucks a week are you kidding me? You dbl charged me too! Don’t get PlantID!! Beware!! Thieves!!! You stole my money!! Its auto set to charge you. Before I got my statement they had already charged me over 50 bucks! Watch out!
I emailed customer about my membership and heard nothing.
Do not get PlantID!! Downloaded it and it said it was a free trial for 7 days and $1.49 per year. Complete lie and scam charged me 10 bucks per week! Can’t get a refund and PlantID is wrong 50% of the time. Very disappointed beware!!!!
This is one of those apps that you can glance at and you are signed up for 30 day “free” trial. Before you can use it it’s rolled over into permanent contract that automatically renews itself. Be careful!
At the opening screen after downloading it says you get a 7 day trial and then it was $1.49 a year. When you pick to continue, it tries to charge $9.99 a week. No thank you. I’ll carry my id books with me.
Identification gives only correct or incorrect forcing an answer of these 2 choices with no option of “I don’t know or can’t confirm either way. Further exasperating is the fact that one can’t proceed without complying with the forced choosing of 1 of 2 options. This invites and encourages false information in that an uneducated user is going to choose and if the answer is incorrect it validates the forwarding of this false answer being presented again which invites the situation to again repeat.
There doesn’t seem to be a way of deleting obsolete photos.
Otherwise, I like PlantID a lot.

My mom was GREAT at identifying flowers & plants. I love flowers, plants trees bit I’m lucky if I can identify a daisy! PlantID is easy & makes it so much fun. I love it!
