Does this work outside of India

I installed the app from apple App store and tried using it. Create a meeting doesn’t do anything.
Since I don't have a meeting id , couldn't try the join a meeting feature.
Does this app work outside of India?
Bug is crashing and can’t schedule meeting in calendar it future.
