4 Most reported problems 😔💔
When I try to use the app, it says on opening "Network Connection Failed." My phone is connected to the network with no issues. I try to scan the QR activation code and get the same message. I went through the suggested fixes (uninstall, reinstall; clear data) with no luck. How do I make this work?

Just another disappointment of a product. Assembly instructions are useless, panhandle isn’t even threaded so it’s useless, 3D assembly instructions are for a completely different telescope. Can we purchase something that isn’t junk today?
Really Frustrating

As a consumer, all you want is for things to work. Of course the QR scanner doesn’t work so the app is useless and I expect we’ll have a disappointed 9 yr old on Christmas.

Garbage app and junk telescope. The app is telling me the moon is southwest when it is southeast. I’m in EST at 9pm at night the moon doesn’t hit the direction until 6-7AM! What do you expect for Chinese software and equipment… don’t waste your time
