My Samsung one day decided my SD card was corrupted. I reloaded all books onto new sd card. All were imported into Moon+pro. Strangely, the tablet kept all my shelves as favorites, so I didn't have to rebuild the shelves. However, when I push "favorites" for my book shelves, the box that comes up is very small, as opposed to the usual favorites box which goes down the page(I have many shelves). Is there a way to counteract this and get a longer sized favorites box?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MOON Pro app issues:

Force Stop the MOON Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MOON Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MOON Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MOON Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MOON Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MOON Pro.
