The overall technology of AxiomMedical seems basic, but it is effective in what my company is trying to achieve.
Functionality is much improved from the beginning of Covid and I have minimal if any struggles with the interface.
Our company was frustrated with the mistakes being made on the drop downs, so they were able to take that feedback and create a confirmation page for a final review before the answers were submitted much reducing errors/cost.
One call it took longer than expected to get a call back to talk through symptoms before reporting to work, but the other times I have not had an issue.

Like another reviewer posted, AxiomMedical is very basic and easy to use. I have never had any problems with it since our company implemented it last year for Covid. I am not sure if each registered company customizes the question set, but it could have a few more options for those who have been vaccinated and to auto populate the responses when going in regularly to the office.

Required by my company as a part of their COVID plan. Have had no issues logging in. Have used it on WiFi and cellular connections. My biggest complaint was resolved when they added the additional verification step. Not to intrusive and easy to verify answers. Don’t know how this can be done any better.

This basic app is useful to check who is coming into the office and there history with exposure or potential to expose others. Database is kept also to determine if only authorized employees are coming to work in our phases redeployment.

AxiomMedical is a bit hard to use when answering questions. A check box or just tapping on yes or no may be a bit better. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. Overall, I’ve had good experiences when contacting customer service.

App only allows for photo to be uploaded directly from camera - not from photo library. Very inconvenient.

My company currently uses the Axiom medical checkin app and I have had nothing but great experience with AxiomMedical . It is user friendly and quick & easy to use. I use it every morning g before going into the office and it takes me all of a minute to check in.

Three things:
1. Fix answer submissions. 80% failure to submit results the last 3 times I’ve tried. The 5th or 6th attempt was successful.
2. Do not use dropdown menus on a mobile app. They’re horrible. Just use a simple checkbox if there are 4 or fewer short answers. So much easier than scrolling through a stupid little menu. Half the time the answers don’t take for whatever reason and I have to do this 2-3 times for it to stick. USE CHECKBOXES.
3. Fix login. I’ve had to retry login half a dozen times. Why won’t it stay logged in and why is FaceID not an option?

The most fundamental pieces of AxiomMedical are broken. Please fix so I don’t regret using this all the time.

Required for work. Does the basics for what is required, but constantly hangs or glitches when trying to process the checkin. Slow when jumping around the menu. For what this does, it should not be this slow to process data.

AxiomMedical runs very slow and doesn’t work correctly. I have to use AxiomMedical for work daily. It runs so slowly that I have to text check into work just to clock in for work hope you guys are able to fix this soon

Worst covid tracker app ever. I’ve used plenty
of other employer mandated apps. For axiom medical to generate millions in revenue and can’t make a functional basic app that replies on creating a Microsoft to log in, lags/freezes all the time, horrible design/font/layout. Invest in UX. This is shameful and does not make our lives easier. Companies - stop hiring this company. It shouldn’t be this difficult for the user to use or to design an app.

I spend 10 mins to figure out how to upload my vaccines record which saved as a photo in phone. But application doesn’t provide such kind of option and request I have to physically take a photo. It’s my first so a app have such kind stupid design! But I have to use app the access the office , which is my only choice. Otherwise I’ll dump out app.

AxiomMedical works as it is, but effectiveness relies on honesty of the user. Our company requires us to use it daily, so I have no choice. As far as the ease of use, it is fine. Bugs have been fixed with updates, but I can’t help but question the real effectiveness of the concept.

Pretty basic app. Asks you the common covid questions which if you answer correctly you get to safely go to work. But if you don’t answer the questions the way they want you too and have a negative covid test result. Then your not going to work. ingenious!

I hate how these companies spend all this money on these really bad apps instead of actually giving us what we need. AxiomMedical is not only terrible, it is just a waste of time and it does not stop COVID spread. This is just a way for them cover their backs while they make us all still go into work. At least fix AxiomMedical and let us die in peace.

It apparently requires a super amazing internet connection to open. Sometimes the answers revert back to no answer even after I’ve selected no. The reminders don’t work at all. Doesn’t open on WiFi, doesn’t open on LTE, can’t sign me in. It’s just super frustrating. I doubt the care about these reviews since they already have a contract with HISD though.

Great App. Have used for the past year with good results. Had a couple of random service losses. Would recommend to other companies.

Please bring back having all the questions on one page. That way we don’t have to smash “next” for every darn question. In no way did changing that make it easier. Actually it feels like y’all forced us to throw our hammers away and went back to using a rock to drive the nail in…..

Company required app. Have had no issues when checking in with app on phone. Works pretty well for me.

Very easy to use on my iPhone. Fast, simple and doesn’t glitch. Good job!
