Your app doesn’t work have tried to fix it no luck my phone is 9592090375. When I call to check in there is 150 people ahead of me This is pathetic I have to get up at 4am to try to check for work at 7am.

Please bring back having all the questions on one page. That way we don’t have to smash “next” for every darn question. In no way did changing that make it easier. Actually it feels like y’all forced us to throw our hammers away and went back to using a rock to drive the nail in…..
Your app is bad and you should feel bad

Three things:
1. Fix answer submissions. 80% failure to submit results the last 3 times I’ve tried. The 5th or 6th attempt was successful.
2. Do not use dropdown menus on a mobile app. They’re horrible. Just use a simple checkbox if there are 4 or fewer short answers. So much easier than scrolling through a stupid little menu. Half the time the answers don’t take for whatever reason and I have to do this 2-3 times for it to stick. USE CHECKBOXES.
3. Fix login. I’ve had to retry login half a dozen times. Why won’t it stay logged in and why is FaceID not an option?
The most fundamental pieces of this app are broken. Please fix so I don’t regret using this all the time.

Worst covid tracker app ever. I’ve used plenty
of other employer mandated apps. For axiom medical to generate millions in revenue and can’t make a functional basic app that replies on creating a Microsoft to log in, lags/freezes all the time, horrible design/font/layout. Invest in UX. This is shameful and does not make our lives easier. Companies - stop hiring this company. It shouldn’t be this difficult for the user to use or to design an app.
