The Times radio app will not work without updating but attempts to download the update onto my android phone fail. I have now uninstalled the app in the hope that installing it fresh would solve the problem but I have the same problem. It goes through the log in process to google to get the download but then gives me a message that it will download later. Worse, when I go via the Times link rather than google play I get the same result but the instructions are in russian.

Times radio app keeps crashing repeatedly. Very annoying as I can't listen to the atimes radio but also interrupts everything else on my phone.

App can be listened through App Store but the icon will not display. It disappeared a few weeks ago but is still installed. I cannot get to it to reinstall. Suggestions welcome!

App stops on ipad, solution is to switch off ipad and restart. Surely this is not the answer!!!!!!!

I cured the problem getting sound from the App. Just needed to touch small symbol to activate it. Thought would let you know

I can no longer connect to Times Radio on my Apple smart speaker. For some reason it takes me to a Times podcast. Can you suggest a way forward? Thanks.
