Close and restart the GamePad app on iPhone
Update GamePad app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GamePad iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GamePad on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GamePad network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GamePad app issues:

Force Stop the GamePad App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GamePad app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GamePad to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GamePad App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GamePad app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GamePad.

Fix GamePad unable to contact server/ GamePad internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GamePad » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GamePad » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GamePad on android.
