I actually paid for the upgrade hoping to get other people speaking besides John Mongiovi as his voice is not relaxing only to find I WASTED my money. Every session is only him 😫😫😫
The sounds and music that accompany many of the sessions are too loud for me.
They become a distraction from the message( for me)
For that reason I cannot use many of the sessions.
Some Other apps offer the ability to choose sound effects and/ or music or .. turn them off completely.
Why can’t this app do that as well and become a super app ?

this app is set up in a way that makes it extremely user friendly for new users. There was no question of what steps I needed to do once I downloaded hypnu . I was able to quickly navigate to the different programs and recordings easily and they’re all organized and efficiently. Highly recommend.
