i called Wonder for a food delivert on 10/25/2025. Iwas trxted that the order had arrived and it was not at the door.I then put in a second order with Wonder. They texted me that it had arrived but on order was outside my door, I want a refund for both missing orders.

I am thoroughly confused, disappointed, and frustrated by dealing with your company. I originally put the app on my phone probably a month and a half or so ago. The card I received entitled me to two free meals up to $20. I got the first meal and wasn’t pleased with it and wrote a review. Based on the review I was given a $20 credit and three dollars for providing a review. I didn’t realize that I had to get the second meal within a certain time. And furthermore, I had no idea that my credit would expire for both the $20 and the three dollars for providing the review Then I received an email fairly recently for 40% off two meals within 30 days of receiving the email. I’m not a person who orders online so I physically went to the location nearest to me and try to pull up the email but it wouldn’t load while I was there. That’s also when I discovered that , The credit had also expired ., and, that I couldn’t get the second free meal from when I first signed up. Someone at the location was kind enough to show me that there was a text function which I tried to use multiple times, but it wasn’t working when I access it from the app. . I tried to retype my text 10 times before I gave up and just looked online to see if there was a way of communicating with you. Ultimately I left with no dinner. I’m 74 and my night vision is poor and I want walking home in the dark with no dinner. I think you’re just not gear to somebody like me. I think you’re geared towards millennials and don’t really care about people that are not quite as tech oriented. I honestly don’t know if an expiration date was mentioned when I received the $20 credit or the three dollar credit. Exploring the app this evening. I see that the credits are mentioned and that they had an expiration date, but I wasn’t aware of that before hand or I would’ve use them. Why do you have such short expiration credits? What about that is to your advantage? so I repeat I’m frustrated irritated confused and don’t find your whole system to be user-friendly. I’ve turned quite a few of my neighbors and friends onto Wonder and I’ve lived in this neighborhood for close to 33 years so a lot of people know me. I don’t think this is a way to go about, your process, but obviously obviously that’s up to you Thank you

My wife and I have ordered from wonder a few times. It has been pretty great but this last time I placed an order at 7:25pm that should have been ready shortly after 8. The order was delayed 3 times until finally we had to cancel as estimated delivery time was updated to 10:14pm. I called multiple times and texted the customer service number but was unable to reach anyone. A delay is okay, but being this unreliable without being reachable is pretty bad.

Amazing food was delicious overall it was a cool experience!! App was really easy to use and status tracker was very convenient. Both the chef and Drink Courier were very pleasant. I would definitely order again the food was flavorfulI ordered from Chuko and had Chicken Karraage and crispy Shrimp both had really good flavors nice spicy kick to it to it, I could eat a platter of it if possible. I also had the vegetarian ramen it was great made with fresh veggies and the miso soup was delicious. I can’t wait for my next opportunity to Wonder!! This Union NJ native is hooked, respectfully! Also just a tip it would be cool if it was a little bit more interactive experience kind of like food truck hibachi or a backyard experience or something idk 🤷🏾‍♀️ Regardless, I love the concept!

We ordered from Wonder for the first time this weekend and were we ever impressed. Starting with the super friendly and helpful woman who answered the phone within seconds of my call to ask about apartment delivery to the super friendly person who delivered our freshly cooked meal at our apartment door to the delicious flavorful perfectly-cooked food and very large portions to the thorough follow-up, we were blown away. Our only concern is that Wonder may not be able to scale this quality and attention to detail as they expand.
We can’t wait to try their other restaurants. We’re going to eat our way through every one on the list. Bravo, Wonder!
