Can you tell my why my SLS camara keeps freezing up the software has been downloaded on to a Microsoft tablet it plays for awhile then freezes

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Ghost SLS app issues:

Force Stop the Ghost SLS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Ghost SLS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Ghost SLS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ghost SLS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Ghost SLS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Ghost SLS.

Fix Ghost SLS unable to contact server/ Ghost SLS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Ghost SLS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Ghost SLS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ghost SLS on android.

For our Ghost Hunter friends this tool will allow you to use your Apple device to scan for human figures. Ghost SLS works as an SLS Emulator to so you can get results without buying an expensive camera. Because of this it is recommended that you turn on your camera's torch light if you are scanning in dark areas. Because this is not a true SLS camera your results in low light may be less reliable. Join our group chat to discuss ghostly things with other users. You can also snap photos of what you catch to share with your friends or other investigators. If things get a little spooky we recommend turning on some lights and taking a break from GhostSLS for a while.
