Back in February I started a free trial and used the app, I then canceled my subscription and haven’t used the app since, and now all of the sudden I’ve gotten two charges of $50 from the app and when I went into my subscriptions it said I was subscribed now. After seeing this I emailed the company to figure out the problem but it’s been two weeks now and I still haven’t gotten a response.

I clicked on free 7 day trail and and it charged my account for 41 and change. Saying I now have a whole year. Which I didn’t want to do. As I wanted to test the app out and see how it worked first. There is no phone number and the gmail address they have said it was invalid. So no way to get a hold of anyone to have them refund my account. No only that I have my paycheck account connect to Apple Pay. Every week I transfer most of my check into my other checking out. Use the 50 to 100 I keep in there for gas and off and end things. So my bank account is overdrawn

The App is great the only problem is when you sometimes can’t send messages or make calls even when there is internet on your phone it keeps crashing and message can’t be sent so please fix this and also make provisions for yearly subscription
