Scammed me several times!!!
I used this app in the beginning and it worked great, but after my 2nd order they began to send me emails saying my items that I bought were out of stock and that they couldn’t ship them to me. 75% of my order wasn’t going to be sent to me even after I paid for it. I emailed them and received the points back for the missing items, BUT they have done this same exact thing to me three more times. I bought the Black Friday pass and only received 500 gems (AFTER I PAID $9.99) and they promised me they would refund the extra 1,000 gems and still haven’t. After countless emails, I still haven’t received three of the refunds I’ve been promised, and they continue to sell people items that are out of stock after they pay for them. A complete scam, terrible customer service, and they don’t care about their loyal customers at all.

Great App Just A Few Things
First of all this app is great it has so many cute things you can win, and I was suspicious at first but it is real! There are two thing I don’t like so much, first I wish there was another way to get diamonds it takes so long to get diamonds and the only “good” way is by referring a friend but they have to buy something first. Next the shipping price it use to be $5 and I feel like that was an amazing price. It has been changed to $9.99 and I feel like that might be a little to pricy for shipping. Overall it is a great app just wish there was more ways to get diamonds, and the shipping was lowered!

Great app up until the shipping hike
While I wrote my first review a long time ago when it just was starting up. I loved it. I loved how my orders was 5 USD for anything. However, just recently the app went through some update and now users have to spend double to get it shipped. You heard me, 9.99 now for shipping without any reason from the creators why this hike had occurred. While the app is still functioning the same as always. I do not know why we had a shipping price hike. It was great at 5 USD per transaction and now it’s double, which now making me rethink where I get my imported stationery/Asian things from now. D:
