I bought an actual polaroid a few months ago, but I figured out I’m honestly terrible with lighting and taking pictures on there. So I decided to invest in this before going back to college to put pictures up on my dorm door — and yeah!! It works great!! I’m impressed with how well the colors match up to the actual photos. Love this a lot

Then tried new picture and printer said aligning print for minutes then said preparing to print. Then said printing. Nothing came out of printer. Tried multiple times including several resets. I could see image on phone each time. Still no print
Last timeI tried got message “ out of paper”. One picture for almost $20
Tried to get customer service ... impossible to find phone number on web site thru ap
Not worth the time or effort. Please give me phone number for customer support

App initially said printer needed firmware update from 1.4x to 1.8x but once updated it wont recognize printer is connected. Bluetooth shows printer connected to phone but app wont acknowledge this. I see this is an issue with iOS phones but need it fixed asap. Seems to be an app issue as two different iOS phones, a 6 and 11, both connect to printer but have same app issue with app saying printer not connected. Fix soon or we'll get refund and another printer system.

I am so happy I bought this printer, I do tattoos and I print out my finished product of the tattoos and put them in a portfolio book for people to see I only wish there was different sizes. Other then that I love it. Thank you!

My iPhone is fairly older. iPhone 8, bought four years ago with no software updates. Surprised PolaroidHiPrint worked with my current software. Presently surprised.

You may need to start PolaroidHiPrint a couple of times for your phone camera’s photos to show up in the system.

I use my printer all the time! It has pushed my journaling to the next level! The sticky pictures enable me to stick them in pages for my photo journal and travel journal. This printer goes everywhere I do! PolaroidHiPrint works great and is fun to use!

This is the closest thing to magic! Woah, I've always loved Polaroid and my boyfriend got me the printer as a gift and it is so easy to use and PolaroidHiPrint works perfectly fine. I highly recommend it!

Like the title states, it could be so much more. A little bit of a learning curve, there aren’t really directions, and PolaroidHiPrint is weak at walking you through it. But the thing it could be more with is the fonts, colors of them, all of the add-on! In this age of fun Instagram and Snapchat filters, why not try and keep up?

Very easy to use and navigate. Works as promised and the photos are fun and always a hit with friends. Some areas of improvement are in the sticker selection. I know this a relative new app so I am looking forward to seeing it improve over time.

Cartridges are only good for 8 photos, not 10. Each new cartridge the printer grabs two sheets, slightly misaligned, so it wastes two papers. This is awful for something that is so expensive per cartridge.

The prints are also larger than 2x3, so if this printer is used for 2x3 photo books the prints are too large for the boxes.

I print many of my pictures to use in my craft projects. The printer is easy to use and produces beautiful quality prints! Perfect color and for me, the perfect size.

It would be perfect if you can send a picture to print and the little printer automatically turns on. Instead of walking over and having to press the power button.

Photos are fantastic quality, but PolaroidHiPrint doesn’t show you how much it is going to crop when you print. It even crops the frames that you apply in PolaroidHiPrint !! So silly. Printer is 5 stars, app is 2 stars because it’s user friendly but the cropping issue is a very very big one for me.

I only wish the album interface were a little bit better. Past that, this is a best thing ever.

Gotta say wow wow and more wow. This thing is awesome I honestly can say for what it is and how it works in incredibly awesome weather it be from pictures or just plain slap tags I believe it’s awesome....

Printer and paper work great! Ordered additional paper and carrying case to have it on hand during art classes I teach 🎨 Going to be so much fun!!

Been working great every time I use it.

Haven’t heard back from Polaroid yet, but the printer won’t even acknowledge there’s a cartridge in even after changing them and restarting the printer. The cartridges are too expensive to have this problem.

I love the device and I love PolaroidHiPrint ! Making my scrapbook dreams come true!

To no avail this device and app doesn’t work for iOS devices and I wonder how they even got it in PolaroidHiPrint Store.

Simply awful tech support

Doesn’t recognize cartridges, never prints, is it the new firmware? Polaroid support has not been helpful.

Only connects to printer less than half the time I turn it on. Unacceptably unreliable.

Brand new out of the box and my Polaroid hi print will not pair with my iPhone 11 Pro. I go to pair the device and it says that this accessory is not supported. Couldn’t find any other people with this issue online.
