Garbage!!! This should not be on VisualizerBG Store. $30 a year folks just to download a different screen saver 3 times a year at most! Like are you kidding me ??? Apps like this are the exact reason I don’t come to VisualizerBG Store EVER. Seams every app is becoming this way and it has completely ruined my curiosity to browse for new and cool apps. Love iPhone but I have truly been disappointed with the apps these developers have flooded into the store. VisualizerBG Store was so solid but now a days your just as likely to get scammed on there as you would on any sketchy site with downloadable applications. Anybody that’s had an Apple product in the last 10 years would back me up on this. VisualizerBG is trash and so is VisualizerBG Store for allowing garbage like this to saturate the Apple market.
As soon as you accept the free trial it automatically chargers you $30!! I tried finding their email or something to try to contact them but they’re basically ghosts. I can’t find anything on VisualizerBG or even here for me to be able to contact them about my money. So ZenBG if you’re reading this I need my money back!
The one time I don’t look at the reviews. Downloaded VisualizerBG and clicked “try free trial” and was instantly billed for $30 with no trial period. VisualizerBG is also fraudulent. It advertises multiple backgrounds but what they give you is 6 static pictures where you could find off Google. False advertising and scam “free trial”.
When you open VisualizerBG , it asks you to sign up for a “free trial” and after you click yes, it charges you $30 for a yearly subscription. And who in their right mind would spend $30 to change their wallpaper 3 times max a year between 4 falsely advertised “3D” wallpapers. Terrible.
After reading the reviews and having dealt with another app which also charged you upon install I refuse to open this. In “Flickering Filter” the other app I had installed, it asked to start a 7-Day free trial before you could use it. Upon clicking “yes” it somehow automated my phone and signed up for a $30 a month subscription. Apple refunded the money but only after a week of back n forth with them. Stay away from any app that advertise. To make things worse, VisualizerBG did NOT do anything near what was advertised. I have not opened VisualizerBG simply from my past experience with these offers and the other customer reviews which have stated everything I just wrote. Good luck if you decide to install.
The terms of service state “We will never charge you for VisualizerBG or its services without making it very clear what you’re paying for” Yet upon opening it, It is nothing but a paywall preventing you from using it without getting a trial. It has also clearly manipulated the reviews.
False advertisement at its finest everything about VisualizerBG is fake and it needs to be taken off VisualizerBG center.... this is why I don’t trust apps first thing you have to pay and the “free” ones not Free makes you subscribe as soon as you open it VisualizerBG is pointless and not worth your time or money...
It will say you get a free trial for a month. HOWEVER, once you make a subscription you’re charged for the entire year automatically with NO FREE TRIAL. Not only does it take your money instantly, VisualizerBG doesn’t even work. The buttons do nothing. How can something like this remain on the store? It’s an actual scam. DO NOT INSTALL THIS.
They display in their ads that you can use live wallpapers that react to music, look like the inside of your phone. have 6-7 wallpapers total. Immediately when you open VisualizerBG you will have no clue what’s going on. Completely rip off. DO NOT buy VisualizerBG. Wish there was. Give VisualizerBG 0-5 stars for false advertisement.
There’s a $30 “trial” upfront that must last for 1 second because you’re charged immediately. Even still, the ads that lead me to it made it look like some sort of song EQ visualizer but really it’s a handful of live wallpapers that do nothing. Don’t be like me, and don’t waste your money
How do I get my money back? I downloaded VisualizerBG and set up a free trail not even 15 minutes ago. VisualizerBG already charged me for a year for 30 dollars. Idk if y’all know the definition of a free trial but this clearly isn’t it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD VisualizerBG IT IS A SCAM!!!! It has literally 6 Live Photo backgrounds that are trash and are not what is advertised.

I downloaded VisualizerBG because it said it was free. When VisualizerBG opened up it forced you to do a free trail. Fine. Then a second later I got a notification that my debit card was charged and that I had signed up for a yearly subscription. So now I’m trying to get my money back. VisualizerBG is a scam. Stay away.
Downloaded just to see what it’s like but accidentally fell for the 30 freaking dollar subscription. Luckily read another review that said the same thing and put how they refunded it, apple support. But yeah don’t download you open VisualizerBG and it gives a pop up for a free trial then the next pop up is to but the 30 dollar subscription
Don’t fall for this crap. I did. It tricks you into subscribing for a year while claiming you’re starting a “free trial”. I had VisualizerBG for less than 5 minutes and go charged $30. Wish they would refund my money because I cancelled my subscription immediately but my card has already been charged.

VisualizerBG offers nothing for free and its hard to tell what youre even supposed to get if you pay. They dont have many background options and you cannot even view them without paying. Plus the only moving background I can see is not at all relaxing or chill in any way. It actually makes me a bit dizzy.
absolutely awful. a complete rip off and scam. luckily i realized that before allowing them any of my information. absolutely don’t download. i don’t know how many people they had to put to get even a 4 star rating cause this shouldn’t even be allowed on VisualizerBG store

So here’s what they do- it’s marked as a free download and you have one day to use it for free, then you’re charged $30 for the year. If you cancel the subscription, you have to do that 24 hours before they charge you. But they charge you within 24 hours of downloading. So even if you cancel the subscription within MINUTES OF DOWNLOADING they charge you $30 and you have one day to continue using VisualizerBG . You have to do a claim with apple to get your money back. So immoral.
When VisualizerBG offered me a “free trial” I went ahead and used it. Now VisualizerBG has charged me $50 on the same day for a year subscription. First of all, the way they advertise the wallpapers is very misleading. The wallpapers are NOT as good as advertised and done fairly poor. Second of all, why would ANYONE want to spend $50 for the worst set of about 10 live wallpapers you’ll ever see?! I did not consent to getting $50 taken from me. During this worldwide pandemic, $50 is REALLY essential to me and I need it back to survive. I signed for a free trial. That’s all VisualizerBG asked for me. Give me my money back.
Don’t do anything for what it has advertised ! I ended the subscription and minute after downloading it and when I unseated my account pay information it charged my account ! The free trial costs $30 a year. Be careful before starting it because it will immediately charge you. Has happened with other sketchy apps.
VisualizerBG said that there was a free trial so I did it, little did I know it wasn’t and my dad found out that I spent all his money on some walll papers. I’m sad now because my dad is mad
It’s just bad in general one wallpaper is free and obviously doesn’t look as good as the ad obviously but and it’s still super lag he and it doesn’t work as well as you think it would!
I hate how mobile apps nowadays say they are free but then make you pay for a trial that is way overpriced. Like seriously 50 dollars a year for iPhone backgrounds? That’s ridiculous.
