Drones wifi will not connect
Just bought this Mach x video drone. Tried to call the customer service on the manual that was included in the box. They could not help AT ALL. who do I contact about troubleshooting on why the drone does not connect to the app?

When I was flying the drone casually under 10 feet it went haywire and went straight up into the air went left and didn’t stop I pushed auto land I put the elevation left joystick down and it still kept going up and away now I don’t know where the drone is can you please explain us how to get it back and how to stop it from doing this research through a 1 mile radius around our property please.
