I won surprises I want to check out and two of them are missing one of them isn't even on the page anymore and the other says I exchanged it. I would not do that to things I intended as gifts so either I get the big deluxe mystery packs package replaced and the other one in my little demon Slayer gift replaced or I'm going to demand a full refund on that and every penny I've ever spent on your game

I played my daily free game tp win coins free coins my machine glitched at tge very beginning for 2 seconds I waited to move the claw until I could see all the vales cleary I moved the claw with no problems I dropped the claw and picked a ball it dropped into the square to claim the free coins I waited to the amount of coins and instead I received a message you already played the game try again later... this is the 4 th time this has happened and it's beyond old I already paid for VIP status and I'm trying to get to the 3 so I can unlock more items but my tier level keeps changing from tier 1 to tier 2 witch makes it frustrating and impossible to move forward... Toreba is so much better at least you can actually win and have a prize shipped to you with only one win. Claw Toys likes to draw you in by letting you win one prize and then the game becomes totally rigged, you can have a perfect garb on a prize and as soon as it starts to lift the claw let’s go of the prize making it impossible to win a second prize to be able to get your prizes shipped to you. Stay away from this junk game!!!!

It’s 100% luck. U will win atleast 1 prize out of the 5 it gives you but then after that u won’t be able to. I’ve waisted money trying so hard get that second prize bc you need atleast 2 to even put a order in. Don’t spend your money on this! It’s laggy/glitchy and if it picks it up it’ll just drop it. It’s not worth the disappointment.

Rigged. They replied to my message basically saying it’s normal that the claw completely opens after it grabs the toy before it gets to the drop DOZENS OF TIMES for over a month. I have two devices I play on and it’s impossible to win that 2nd toy that u have to do to request shipping. That probably costs too. See the other reviewers that say the same.
