There is no “help” or “support” button. I’ve been trying to create an account to watch hockey but no matter what I do, it tells me I’ve got the wrong email or password. Even took screenshots at registration to make sure it wasn’t me but alas I think they’ve got a bug in their login which is frustrating because it’s the only place I can watch hockey.

I don’t want to see the final score before watching a game, especially when it’s a pay to watch tournament like the women’s junior world cup. People who have no life are the only ones catching everything live. That awful feature alone makes the review only 1 star.

WatchHockey has frustrated me for so long. It will not screen mirror/airplay at all, and one mistouch of the screen automatically resets the entire video to the beginning. Bookmarking a video is a joke. I love watching the FIH games and would really love to see these bugs fixed. (Located in USA.)

I Registered but it keeps saying it doesn’t recognize my password, even after a changed and double checked it.

WatchHockey is terrible. Does not let me log in from phone. Very disappointing. Keeps saying password is incorrect when it is not

After downloading app, cannot log in or create account. Reset password multiple times. Useless.

Worse app ever, nothing seems to ever work. Waste of time.

Happy to have WatchHockey but Apple Airplay does not work and have had issues logging in.

Update Mar 28, 2022: AirPlay works sometimes but not other times.

One great idea someone else mentioned is to give users a chance to hide scores like other apps do. I often can’t watch games live and it would be more enjoyable to not know the outcome before I watch the game.

Updating my review, WatchHockey is fairly decent but there are just too many notifications its like 15+ per day. I don't want to turn it off for fear of missing games but its seriously a bit much.

Either you give more control of what notifications we can toggle off or reduce the amount of notifications. Its killing WatchHockey !
