1 year agoI have just paid £8.99 to watch the nations cup on the app and I have had nothing but problems!! Every time I screen mirror the game buffers for 10/20 seconds every 40 seconds. So frustrating to watch, it never seems to work, no matter how many times it’s reset or restarted. My WiFi is completely fine with everything else so this is not an issue. Can someone please resolve this issue. Extremely frustrating.

2 years agoI have forgot my password. I have been hitting for it to send to my email and have not received anything. By time it is sent I will miss my niece hockey match. Not happy

No App Support
There is no “help” or “support” button. I’ve been trying to create an account to watch hockey but no matter what I do, it tells me I’ve got the wrong email or password. Even took screenshots at registration to make sure it wasn’t me but alas I think they’ve got a bug in their login which is frustrating because it’s the only place I can watch hockey.

Awful replay feature!
I don’t want to see the final score before watching a game, especially when it’s a pay to watch tournament like the women’s junior world cup. People who have no life are the only ones catching everything live. That awful feature alone makes the review only 1 star.

Disappointing
This app has frustrated me for so long. It will not screen mirror/airplay at all, and one mistouch of the screen automatically resets the entire video to the beginning. Bookmarking a video is a joke. I love watching the FIH games and would really love to see these bugs fixed. (Located in USA.)
