I live in UAE and tried to register in the system. I don’t have a working Colombian number. The system has the option to register numbers from other countries but it seems to apply some wrong logic to validate the phone number, probably some logic based on the numbering structure in Colombia. I just couldn’t register. As CoronAppColombia is a requirement for people to travel into the country, it needs to be better suited for foreigners. This includes the option of English in the first page.

With the virus and everything that travel entails, I want to be prepared yet CoronAppColombia in its current form prevents me from being ready. I can’t get my US number to work. I’m trying to meet an int’l connection but CoronAppColombia is a technological version of the proverbial “_____-block”... not cool.

Pointless, not friendly user, and if you don’t have a colombian phone number, you’re screwed….

I have a usa phone number and it doesn’t allow me to register, aside from this minor detail I have att and it doesn’t have international roaming Data how is it supposed to work ? THIS DOES NOT WORK at all

Luckily I can cancel my flight and get a flight credit and I didn’t have too many expensive plans. Otherwise this would be a disaster. It’s required to have this to enter Colombia but it doesn’t recognize my US number. So CoronAppColombia is useless. And you’ll likely miss your flight. Someone needs to fix this ASAP.

When I open CoronAppColombia it tells me to update. If I try to update nothing happens. What’s the purpose of an app that only works if you have a Colombian number?

The map is not interactive at all for the phone. Completely useless all the given information.

I am heading to Colombia in 3 days and I have to use CoronAppColombia, but as everyone else has said. It does not allow non-Colombian numbers to be registered in the system. If this gets a low enough score I hope Apple will take it down

CoronAppColombia keeps giving error messages about information not in the correct format. This happens with international numbers but there is no way to change the format. I was stranded at the airport because of it.

As other users, I have tried to register unsuccessfully, since I am a foreigner, I don’t have a Colombian phone number. CoronAppColombia seems to be a nice tool, but only for locals although it is a requirement for tourists....

Every time I try to use it is a nightmare, no friendly, basic action like enter date is not posible, has to be re-installed to change the user, CoronAppColombia is a shame does not represent what Colombia is or can do

I tried to register and am stuck because CoronAppColombia doesn’t allow international phone numbers, or is unable to send a message to my American phone number. That seems like it is very critical functionality.

I do not have a Colombian phone number so was unable to get past the register page. If you’re planning to require people to use your app to travel in your country, why not program your app to allow them to actually it?

Completely useless application. It doesn’t work. How can the government not see that it doesn’t recognize numbers from the United States! It’s impossible to miss. Do they just leave it that way and not care? That’s fine but why are airports asking for you to have it? Stupid

Tried to register, but I got stuck because the system doesn’t take International phone numbers, I don’t have a local number and because it’s all about communication back and forward, whit out a register phone number, CoronAppColombia is useless, until it gets fixed/ Traté de registrarme, pero no pude avanzar porque el sistema no acepta número de teléfono Internacional, no tengo número nacional, sin teléfono registrado este App no sirve, traten de arreglarlo.

Like so many others, when I tried to register, it gave me an error message saying that my phone number was not recognized. I used +1 with a choice of spaces, dashes, even pauses or waits between the sets of numbers. Nothing worked. Also tried no spaces or dashes - just the digits all run together. It simply doesn’t work. Ugh.

I put in all the correct information but it’s not registering. CoronAppColombia is not working which is ridiculous considering it’s a requirement in order to travel to Colombia. I’ve tried it several times and I think it’s crucial to get CoronAppColombia up and running.

Works perfectly on my cellphone and I get all the info I need, great tool against the virus, and impressed with this technology in Colombia.

Select your country and enter your phone number then try to register. US number cannot have a validation message sent to it. And how about having multi language support.

Another thing how can I turn the English app for read Spanish . I will try just 1 more time if I can’t get any satisfaction I will pull my trip and won’t go . Ridicules.
