Error occurred at server

I’ve been getting “error occurred at server “ for 5 days now. I have deleted the app and downloaded again. I’ve tried to sign in or even create a new profile and I get the same error. My phone is updated , my WiFi is working , all the apps on my phone work but not this one and no one can help me. This app is especially needed since class size is limited at the gym due to the pandemic.
Confusing and obscure

Buttons you are supposed to use that are grayed out that in any other app means they are unavailable. Date settings that require you change the year first unlike the way you normally do a date. Then two obviously purchased fake 5 star referrals. What a piece.
Gym Hours?

Unless I’m crazy, I can’t find the open and/or staffed hours of any of the gyms in this app which is pretty lacking. Heritage plaza may be 24 hours but the pool is only open when it’s staffed, so would be nice to have in the app to refer to. Similarly lacking are the phone numbers.
