Buttons you are supposed to use that are grayed out that in any other app means they are unavailable. Date settings that require you change the year first unlike the way you normally do a date. Then two obviously purchased fake 5 star referrals. What a piece.

I’ve been getting “error occurred at server “ for 5 days now. I have deleted FITTLabPowered and downloaded again. I’ve tried to sign in or even create a new profile and I get the same error. My phone is updated , my WiFi is working , all the apps on my phone work but not this one and no one can help me. FITTLabPowered is especially needed since class size is limited at the gym due to the pandemic.

Unless I’m crazy, I can’t find the open and/or staffed hours of any of the gyms in FITTLabPowered which is pretty lacking. Heritage plaza may be 24 hours but the pool is only open when it’s staffed, so would be nice to have in FITTLabPowered to refer to. Similarly lacking are the phone numbers.

What I like to see you n the next update. (1) Better organization of everything that can be booked for the pools, group exercise, courts, and exercise equipment. (2) Able to book trainers on available days at available times. (3) Able to request items such as a shirt in your size to be ready for pick up and to be paid for at the club of your choosing when you’re going to be there next. (4) Being able to see what’s open and closed at your gym on that day you want to go so you can plan ahead. (5) Able to see what’s on the menu for that day at the gym you’re going to for the day.

I got this to find out what classes were available and nothing is shown. A waste of time.

Are the classes that I book for free? I can’t tell ..? Although I didn’t have to put a credit card in but I don’t know if I have to pay when I show up?

Also there are ZERO events on the calendar for seniors and that was a bit sad and disappointing to me. There are 131 group exercises but none in senior category. I would like to go to a stretching class with my senior mom to help her get a straighter back regularly. But no options open to me :( I am looking in the group exercises but so far see none specifically targeted for senior level.

Other than that, FITTLabPowered looks pretty cool and helpful and I will navigate more.

This isn’t so much a review but a note that now if I try to book a workout slot there are no time slots shown. There’s a banner on the calendar that says “show more” but no actual dates or times appear. Even if I press “show more”

I find it easy to access and schedule. When classes are full and there is a cancellation , I am notified

Very user friendly layout and design. Easy to navigate and access news and updates from my trainers and management at the club!

Enjoy all the classes, complete with full wet area, Sauna, Steam Room, Whirlpool and showers. Staff is professional, courteous and personable!
We also have a choice of fitness Centers in metropolitan area.

What a team we make. You for providing a surperior team and me for booking my place.

Great. It keeps the classes from becoming overcrowded and keeps people from saving bikes in the spin class .
