Terrible app

The app lets you pick delivery even if the individual restaurant doesn’t allow delivery through the Pho Hoa app. I picked delivery, I was charged the $4.99 delivery fee, and then my food sat for an hour.
I ended up picked up the food myself and was told by the restaurant that they can’t refund the delivery fee.
Deals don’t work
