Spark - Random Idea Generator Reviews

All the reviews are about the tiktok Easter egg, but even despite that Spark has many uses. It can be used as a word generator, a writing prompt generator, or if you’re creative enough you can make up a game to play with friends using the words on Spark . I like how the ads are spaced out so there isn’t an ad every second. Overall, it is what it promised, and I would definitely recommend downloading to anyone who has a lot of writing or building projects.

Alright. I know we are all here from Tik Tok and it’s so cool that commuted and worked hard to make an app, but I’ve got to be honest. It looks great but the question is, does it serve its purpose? In my opinion, no. For me, and again this is only my opinion, this isn’t what I’d look for in a generator or random idea app. I would create categories that people could choose from. For example, you click that you want drawing ideas and it pulls up subjects- animals, still life, colors, etc. Creating categories would make things more organized as well, I feel like you could have sections like emotions, places, or objects, rather than just throwing out random words. I believe Spark has a lot of potential and it is in the early stages of development so I’m sure you have a lot more ideas of which direction you want your app to go. As of now I do think it could help some people get inspired, but I’d have to click through a couple times to find something that really shouts out to me. I just wanted to be completely honest and hopefully that helps. I love the idea but just needs a little work on the execution. All and all it looks amazing but you could add a little bit more that will go a really long way.

Been scrolling throughout Spark for a while and the only reason so many people downloaded this and were looking towards it in the first place was because of the “easter egg” he was going to put in for all of his followers. There is one button. There is no way to get past a writers block worth Spark. He baited people for followers and worst of all, he put ads on it.
EDIT: Found the easter egg. Contains 51 profile pic. He had several thousand followers when he said he was cutting off the people he was placing inside of Spark . If Spark cycles through profile pics that’s even worse. I can’t tell whether it’s random or it shows up at a specific amount of clicks but it’s terrible. I would recommend avoiding if you came from tik tok cause there’s nothing here for you.

Spark is amazing, but I think you could improve the Easter egg with the followers pfps, in terms of aesthetics, and maybe listen to the followers for individual Easter eggs. Also, maybe a q&a on your tiktok some time, for ways to improve Spark . But it’s truly great, and it’s such a great app for people who are stuck on ideas.

I think Spark is a very cool concept. It shouldn’t even be considered a concept at this point since it has already been released. But the reason I said that is because it is unclear what everything is meant to be. I’m not sure how to actually use Spark but overall, keep doing what ur doing 🔥🔥

Im the type of person that will literally just sit, stare, and think for a whole class period trying to figure out what to write about on a essay prompt. With Spark I can actually brainstorm better and think of something to write🙂

Spark seems nice and modern, but how do you use it. I’m low key really confused and I press random buttons and I don’t get a response. And then people have been saying on TikTok that you added an Easter egg but how do you access it? Please answer ASAP but I might have to uninstall it. Can you at least tell me how to use it? It’s a very cute mininal app that serves its purpose well. My only issue was finding the tiktok feature (but i guess its an easter egg so its not easy to find haha). I’ll def use thus to help me get out of art block! Five stars! I’m so excited to download your next app my guy :-]

So I heard you read all the reviews so here we go. I have a question about the profile pictures. I found mines but when I click on it nothing happens. Is it just there or is it supposed to be our literal profile ?

it’s very confusing, but it does give good words and things you could do. There are a lot of adds, but it’s a way to make money. It is very hard to find your profile picture if your from tiktok. But it is a very aesthetically pleasing app!!

So it’s a really good idea but maybe put less ads and whenever you click a tik tok button and shuffle make it so that it doesn't show you the Same people you saw before so it’s easy lit to find yourself but that would reset every time you closed Spark

I saw Spark on tiktok and when I was looking for my profile picture it wasn’t on there and I noticed that most of the profile pictures would repeat themselves constantly. Otherwise it is a really useful app.

So I was going through and kept tapping near the top left of the screen but not out to the menu, and under the 1 word under the next idea button there was another button and it came up with Tik Tok user pictures!!!

I found Spark through tiktok and i definitely did not expect this! I followed before the deadline to be in Spark but I have changed my profile picture multiple times and I can’t remember what it was lol. Great job on this!

Very well designed app! It was what I expected and offers creative prompts in the forms of random words and pictures. Sometimes it just takes a random idea to this app creativity, so this is perfect!

I use Spark all the time because of how much I love it! It makes it super easy to brainstorm ideas, and it generates topics that I would never think of. It’s user friendly and the colors are pretty to look at 😄

Such a creative idea. I have never seen an app like this before, and it is definitely one of a kind. Everyone needs to download this, especially if you’re involved in anything creative like writing, drawing, filming, etc.
